Charged my card w/out authorization? At least it’s in the process of being refunded

They claimed they can’t charge someone’s card w/out authorization, but I didn’t authorize the charge. I was under the impression that I was buying a TEMU mystery box. I paid for the “box,” & then I had several charges from 3 websites I had never even heard of, this website being one. After an hour or so of arguing back & forth w/ the AI chat responder, I finally got refunded the money that was took. Though the refund is still pending, I hope it hits my account soon.

Too long to wait for a refund

I did not like that it took too long to get a refund. I was told it was going to be processed quickly and after 2 weeks I received this evaluation form to fill up in order to process the refund.

They insured me that I would get my money back so I’m just waiting to see if it happens or not I’m glad the escalation team reached out to me and promised I would get my money back that is amazing I really appreciate it and I want to thank u also Jeremy for taking the steps to make everything right I greatly appreciate it
