I was on a site buying stuff when dynahair piggybacked on this site and charged me an extra 31.12! This is nefarious at best! This is no way fake I don’t lie!

The company responded earlier

The company has played a fraudulent game with me since months. The initial charges were fraudulent already. Then they kept me on hold while I tried to get my money back. In the end after they assured me three !!!) times that the refund to me was already processed, still nothing happened. Do not trust them! Read other reviews, they are sending the same message. They are scheming people out of their hard earned money and will, no doubt, try to delete this review. I am done with them and will never see my money again.

SCAM!!! Unfortunately I was duped on a Facebook ad, which led me to this website. I originally thought I was buying a knockoff pair of UGGs. However, when it went to the “confirmation page” Dynahair.com popped up. However, I had never visited this website before, nor did I after. Only until I saw $250+ charges on my bank statement was I able to dispute it through my bank. They claimed that I signed up for a membership, that never happened!!! Of course I never received the shoes, and when I emailed their support I was interacting with an AI bot. Only until I kept emailing forcing them to produce proof that I cancelled this fake account was I brought to this review page. This is a fraudulent company, and a terrible thing to do, taking peoples hard earned money. I “bought” the shoes on Jan. 8th, initially charged $9.99, then on the confirmation page it said another $40.06, then 4 separate times afterward since then they have charged me $63+ for the fake a$$ “VIP membership”. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!

This company is a scam charged my card without authorization and proceed to tell me they don’t make chargers without authorization! Report!!!!!

Help me resolve my issues but still that company keeps on charging me for monthly payment even though I already removed my subscription.

I had unintentionally paid for the subscription and I was unsure why this was happened but when I reached out to support team they have assisted me and provided me with the solution by reimbursing the amount and I am really grateful to them for that
