I'm a new customer, and unfortunately my first experience has been very poor.

I added funds to my account almost two hours ago, and the payment is still showing as "Processing." When you're trying to register available domains, waiting hours for funds to be credited is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the support chatbot is practically useless, and I haven't received any response through email support either.

Ironically, while I'm still waiting for my funds and unable to get any support, I received an email asking me to review Dynadot on Trustpilot.

Not a great first impression. I hope the service improves from here.

You have to try and download asap. I am truly impressed i play for less than 20 minutes and won 15.00$ cashed out and got my money in 30 seconds. Love love love this app. Go now you won’t regret it.

So far, so good. DynaDot is a great host for domains and also a great marketplace for domains. It's easy to find and purchase new names, and also use some artificial intelligence to craft new name ideas and concepts. For a dot com its fairly around $10-$11

**Extremely poor service.**

I have been waiting for several days for the DNS changes on the domain I purchased, and the issue still has not been resolved.

How much longer am I expected to wait? I find it unacceptable for a basic domain/DNS change to take this long without receiving a clear explanation or any meaningful update.

I have used many different hosting and domain management panels, and honestly, I don't see anything particularly innovative or user-friendly about yours. What I find even more concerning is that there doesn't seem to be a clear option to **create a support ticket**.

The lack of an easily accessible support channel, combined with the delay in processing the DNS change, gives a very poor impression of your service.

I need you to clearly explain **what is causing the delay, how much longer this is expected to take, and when the DNS changes will actually be fully operational**.

I would appreciate a prompt response and, more importantly, an actual solution.

Bought my first domain because you launched .si extension already. Really good experience.
