Prompt service and true to word, offer made within a short time from sending pictures. An acceptable offer was made . From sending pictures to receipt of payment was 2 days. Very satisfied with service and recommend this firm.

Extremely easy transaction WhatsApp Steve on Sunday afternoon had a reply within a hour, posted the pen on Monday, he received it on Tuesday and had the money within an hour of him receiving it. Highly recommended!!!!

After a bad experience with this individual i would be very wary trading with this company as he made a promise not to sell my goods after promising to return them refused his refund by a secure method and went on to sell my property none the less. Sadly there was no trust on his part. He has refused to resolve the matter amicably

He offered a price which he insisted was fair. Unfortunately other dealers offered a more reasonable offer. I contacted the owner to pull him on this and he refused to correct his offer. He then listed thenpen and the case on his website at grossly inflated prices.

He then offered to delist the goods and return the goods but refused to accept his immediate refund by either paypal protected or via card payment to protect me should the goods not be returned or returned not as described on the advice of trading standards. He also promised he would not sell the goods but two days later he relisted them and sold them proving that t would be unlikely he would keep his word. He didnt have my consent to sell my property but he sold them nonetheless

Received a really good offer, sent the pens off recorded delivery and got paid the day they arrived.

You may be concerned about sending something valuable off without being paid, but not not worry, this is a great, honest and reliable business, would highly recommend them

I spotted two pens on Stephen's webite and gave him a call (on a Sunday mrning!) He patiently and comprehensively answered my questions and we did the deal immediately. He posted them immediately on Monday and they arrived first thing Tuesday morning. They were, if anything, even better than desribed, protectively packaged to avoid any possibility of damage in transit and beaytifully presented.. Superlative customer service and great value for money. I could not be happier, would buy from him again without hesitationand,and warmlyy reccomend him.
