We’ve been with Dyfed Telecom for years

We’ve been with Dyfed Telecom for years, best internet by far in rural areas. Any issues and they’re out the next day, upgrading equipment etc. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend. Both of us working from home and 3 kids one of whom streams constantly means high internet usage. Never any issues. Thank you!

Top Company

Top, top service... Finally, a company that can really deliver, and also follow up, if there are any issues. From first dealing with Dan and Emma, to the super engineer Paul, this was a first class setup. We are in a rural area and Dyfed Telecom set us up with Starlink and our internet is now 7 times faster!! DELIGHTED!

Excellent! Really pleased with our service

Really pleased with our service! Dyfed Telecom came out really quickly and installed the kit in record time (within 10 days of initial enquiry) after we’d been waiting for 3 years for SWS/Voneus to connect fibre and BT only managing to provide <2mps broadband. We now get blistering speeds and can’t believe we put up with BT for so long! Thank you!!

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish . Daniel was our main port of call, pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He went through everything with us, we want for the 4G system complete with a VOIP line, Daniel sorted it all out for us. Louie installed and Daniel came too, Louie advised on boosters and Daniel sorted it. The gift of Welsh cakes were a welcome treat , in summary a fantastic team and so helpful. Highly recommended

Superb experience with Dyfed Telecom

Absolutely brilliant service from Zac, Doug, Louis and Chris from Dyfed Telecom in fitting our Starlink system in the Black Mountains. They gave their expertise at every step of the process, including helping us successfully to get a grant from Broadband Cymru. We're going to get some more equipment fitted to extend the wi-fi signal both inside our house and outside and will 100% be asking Dyfed to coordinate this for us. Five star service, thank you so much!

Dyfed Telecom recommended

Dyfed Telecom came up with a brilliant solution when are internet connection died this summer.
They applied for a government grant on our behalf and with that were able to install the best option for mobile internet at our rural farm.
We have speeds that have surpassed anything that has been achieved before.
Thank you Dyfed Telecom team.

Amazing service

Great service from Dyfed telecom Brendan came out done a survey and advised what was needed and agreed a date for installation Rhys & Louie arrived for the installation they explained what was to be done few hours later my internet speeds had doubled 😊 Big thank you to Brendan Rhys & Louie all very professional
