Spoke to Dan in sales recently, he was a joy to deal with. Took time out to advise what was best for our business. A real credit to the company.

Dan Bennett Is the best sales manager. I was really confused about my renewal. I have spoken to Dan several times. He explained me really well. The good thing about him that he didn’t force me or push me to renew. When I have done my own searches then I have realised he given me the best options. 5 stars for him

Efficiency! Try and get through to one of the bigger suppliers and you will spend hours on end. Dan B picks the phone up quickly and gets to business.

First spoke to Dan B last year and after chewing his ear off about poor service from a supplier I shall not name, Dan signed us up with far better rates and I’m glad to say we’ve renewed again. A pleasure to speak to an individual who genuinely cares and has always been helpful. I would highly recommend Dyce when you are looking to switch energy supplier.

The team at Dyce is beyond amazing. I have had my gas supplied by them for years and can honestly say that Dyce has never let me down. The customer service team is one of the finest in the country and have resolved any issues I have had with bills quickly and professionally.

Transfer to Yu energy has been a shambles.

We vacated a premises months ago and notified Dyce but now being threatened with court action by Yu even though they owe us money!

We had a business meeting with Dan and Megan today, we have no negatives at all they are both amazing at what they do and are always welcoming with any issue we have to ensure we come to a resolution. Keep doing what you do and we are looking forward to working with you both in the future.

Called to submit a meter read, the staff were really friendly and also set me up so I can use the app next time. What a great company
