I am not enjoying my experience with this platform at all to be honest. I have been forced to use DX as I had 3 funded accounts which all migrated over from Meta Trader. I'm finding DX has so many lit... See more
I've been trying to use DX for several weeks. It's actually getting worse. Slow execution time, freezes, closes/times out often. When re-opening, it loses all my preset and markups. I tried using on... See more

Just as others have mentioned
Just as others have mentioned, this trading platform is extremely laggy on the lower time frames. The price does not update fast enough. Compared to MetaTrader, the price moves very slowly. For example, I opened the same trades on my MetaTrader and DX trade platforms at the same time. Every second the profit price updated on MetaTrader so I was able to exit the trade at a good profit. Meanwhile on DX trade, the price took over 20 seconds to update, so I had to close the trade at a small profit. if I didn’t, the market may have moved against me and I might have closed the trade at even less profit. Dx trade seriously need to sort this out, otherwise the trading platform is practically useless for day traders..
DXtrade is down during every important…
DXtrade is down during every important trading time during the day. Goes down at 9:30 and have to wait until like 11 for it to come back up
Horrible horrible platform
Horrible horrible platform. Maybe ok if your trading on a HTF but man if your on the 5 min or less don't even bother. Laggy at random times, not a lot but can randomly occur. Randomly got signed out in the middle of managing a position and couldn't log back in for a while and caused me the take extra loss. Also so maaaannnyyy windows like why? way to much going on on this UI hard to see whats going on. Even after finally getting used to it its missing major important tools. No lot calc? This was made by devs that seem they have never traded before. Or the platform is just rushed to finish with minimal beta. Ill no longer be trading the fx market as long as this is the platform is the go to for prop firms.
Garbage platform
Garbage platform. Might be tolerable for swing traders. But absolutely rubbish for day traders and scalpers.
Constantly logs users out. Very slow response time. Constantly erases saved settings. Today, it recorded a trade being take twice (opened at same second). DxTrade is hard pressed to open one trade in 30 seconds.
Not acceptable for users who need to be able to quickly manage trades.
No app. Web-based only.
Like many users with U.S. ties, I have been forced to use this sad excuse of a platform.
Anyone who has used MetaTrader would not think of using DxTrade.
Never experienced any lag
Long term user of DXtrade, no lag in my experience. Give it time to adjust to its new volumes. Have never had any issues and always recommended them before the US prop saga. The best thing is the evaluation dashboard where I can see my performance real time, any time. Charting is super fast and super intuitive, I use Mac and charting response is outstanding.
Didn't know a platform could be so bad.
I used two different prop companies that migrated to DXtrade. Trade execution is ridiculously unreliable. Sometimes instant, sometimes takes up to five minutes to open or close a trade. Or move a stoploss. Also the design of how to access the buy and sell and stoploss is stupid. It makes it harder. I have asked for refunds because I can't trust this platform.
Avoid this platform if you are a day…
Avoid this platform if you are a day trader at all costs.
If I could give them a zero, I would. The platform is extremely slow in executing trades. Almost every time I try to close a trade, the site stops responding and you have to close the page and reload it, then try to close the trade again. The prop firm I trade with was with DX for less than two weeks and they are already working on migrating to another platform.
lots of trouble with this platform
FT+ changed to this platform, it is slow, and it crashed on friday after NFP, contacted customer service, no response. Don't recommend this platform at all, I have never had issues before, for sure not one of this.
Use a stop loss and take profit to protect yourself
I'm giving DXTrade 2 stars, because, at the moment, it seems to be the loophole US prop traders need in order to continue trading. It is still a new platform, with a lot of potential, but there are some issues with execution.
I was recently close to passing a verification account and the trade that would've passed me, wouldn't close. Instead, it pulled all the way back to my break even stop loss, for a small loss. I've experienced other execution errors while trying to enter trades, but haven't had any issues with pending orders.
Additionally, the charting and data is well below being acceptable or efficient. I only use DXTrade to place my orders, and I use tradingview for my charting.
My suggestion, use tradingview for charting, and when entering a trade, make sure you have a stop loss and take profit in place, especially a stop loss, so that in case you cannot manually close a position, you at least have an exit price set in stone for your records.
It's an unfortunate reality that US traders are being forced to use a new platform, but I'm optimistic that it will improve as time goes on.
*EDIT*. I continued having issues with opening and closing positions and I figured out that you need to refresh your browser if you haven't been actively navigating on the platform. It was a bit confusing, because even when I was in trades that I had running, the server was fine, but when I went to close positions, nothing. So my suggestion is to always refresh before wanting to place an opening position or a closing position.
Another EDIT*. DxTrade is pretty good for execution. I wouldn't use it for analysis, as it is incredibly limited in history and function.
Useless platform
Useless platform, have been forced into using it by a couple of Prop Firms I trade with. You cannot even get a candlestick chart with different time frames when trading on an I Pad, so I have to refer back to MT4 to check the Market before going back on to it and placing or closing a trade. Fiddly to use, and they crashed today with the NFP.
worst trading platform out there it…
worst trading platform out there it shuts down u cant close any trades i dont recomand it pls dont go with dxtrade
Should be Zero Stars!!!!
Should be Zero stars. I want a Trading Platform but this puts too much effort trying to be Financial News site like Bloomberg or CNBC. MT4 in 2017 is a hundred better than this. I made a Trend Line (under the candles) on the 1hr. I changed to a lower Time-Frame and the TL was unless. It was in the middle of the candles, then above on another lower TL. The Price Entry Line doesn't stay properly on the chart. It will move around away from the candles. The TP & SL don't stay on the chart. I can't turn OFF that stupid sound effect alert. It freezes/lags when I simply change Time Frames. This platform appears to be created badly on purpose to harm traders. No way this was developed and field tested using real life traders, especially Scalpers. Sorry just being honest, this platform is pure trash.
Useless platform
TFT changed over to this platform and within two days my funded accounts are breached due to bugs on this platform. Charts are incorrect, lot sizes don't work properly and if you try to add a stop loss in, your trades get automatically closed out at a higher loss than you risked. Absolutely no response from the prop firm. Avoid Dxtrade and any prop firm that uses this platform.
DXTrade web trading is not ready to…
DXTrade web trading is not ready to handle massive volume of traders at the moment. Trades not executed at market order for a good 20 mins. CTrade mobile app handle with ease.
Lag, Crash, Lacks some BASIC Tools
As I write this review, I am still waiting for the chart to load. Sometimes loads well but is usually short lived. Basic tools like a measuring tool and up to date risk management tools should be a part of the platform.
Seems like looks took a priority over function and stability.
I’m in the same boat like everyone…
I’m in the same boat like everyone else. I have challenges with TFT and SFT. Both have moved to DXtrader. Now I’m stuck with garbage. Can’t execute trades, system failures all day long etc…. A regular nightmare!
Can't trust it.
Can't trust it.
just terrible, crashes 90% of the time and can't manage open positions, candles not matching Tradingview, not user-friendly, missing features, Insane lag and slippage...
just the worst
terrible
It was the most terrible platform that i ever use for trading.
Its complicate to put an order and even more to close it. My account its an small one and when I've tried to close my trade it said 'no enough volume market'
Stupid platform
Stupid platform. Can't close my trades, keeps saying order rejected not enough working volume. Now I'm TFT is running a scam. Stay away from any prop firm that uses Dxtrade
Don’t even bother trying it
Don’t even bother trying it. By far the worst platform you can trade on.
