The most unreliable trading platform i have ever used i dont know how they are running
My prop form recently migrated from MT4 to DxTrade and my god since that day everything down hill
Cant even log into the account most of the times to trade the whole experience is just shambles never again

From 1 star to 2, since my prop firm fixed an issue I had. Shout out to the Instant Funding team.

However, DX Trade, you really have to do something with your platform. The desktop version is so so. I can go with it.

But the phone version? Jeezas F christ. Super slow, it takes time to load the whole show every time you switch screens, and above all, it doesn't have the option of dragging SL/TP on the chart.

Please improve!

Prop firms Instant funding are using it and it is a dog!!! execution speeds are rubbish and functionality is painful.

Literally the most dog doo doo platform on the market. I have accounts with 1of1 funding and they were great before the whole metaquotes crash for prop firms. But now I don't even bother trading them as orders constantly don't get picked up, can take up to 30 mins to place anything (move SL, place order etc.) Im just keeping my accounts there in the hope that they move away from DXtrade because it is UNTRADEABLE and will just lose your accounts eventually. Cannot stress enough how crap this platform is

I really love the desktop version... the mobile app is really bad... it keeps crashing and crashing... it opens many windows at the same time.

It lagged when I place an order, sometimes taking even 30min for it to let me place a trade. Very sad that most Prop Firms had to switch to this platform. couldn't understand why the switch from Metatrader. But this is trash. making everything more complicated than it should. And not allowing "trade copier" or "expert advisors" like Metatrader is just too much. Good luck.

Wow. utter garbage. it freezes while placing or exiting an order. They do "website maintenance" in the most high volume times of NY session. Sometimes you will lose connection in the middle of a trade and not be able to exit. Very clunky way of placing orders. can't drag stop loss. doesn't open when market opens, takes like 2-3 minutes. the creators of this app should be ashamed, what an absolute piece of garbage

avoid this platform at all . I've got my funded account from rocket 21 last week but dx trade is out of this league very very slow market execution , super slow support i can not still trade my account for unknown ridiculous reason, avoid this platform it has nothing to offer comparing to mt4 or mt5

Absolutely dreadful trading platform. It's beyond comprehension how anyone could conceive such a disaster. DXTrade is a time machine straight to the technological dark ages of the 80s. Navigating this labyrinthine mess of an interface is akin to deciphering ancient hieroglyphs. It's as intuitive as performing brain surgery blindfolded. Save yourself the agony and invest your time elsewhere.
It's mind-boggling how prop firms, in their cowardice to avoid risking their Metaquote licenses, have to migrate to this crap platform. DXTrade's lack of a mobile app is a testament to its sheer incompetence and disregard for modern standards. It's beyond belief that in this day and age, they expect users to be tethered to their desktops like prisoners in solitary confinement. This level of negligence is simply incomprehensible. Avoid DXTrade like the plague unless you enjoy torturing yourself with archaic technology.

DXtrade is absolutely crap. very limited tools, it lags and I cannot run my EA

If anyone wants to offer a trading platform that is going to replace MT4 & MT5 they need to try to duplicate the layout as similar as possible to have wide acceptance of any new platform.
-First off it disconnects from the server OFTEN!
It's not a prop firm issue either (at least that's what my current prop firm has told me, whether that's true or not is another story) it's the dxtrade.com website that goes down at ANY given moment leaving you with open trades that are NOW completely vulnerable to them as to WHEN it will be BACK ONLINE!!

There are so many things about DXtrade that are wrong but I will just go over the many issues I faced during my first day of trying to use the platform.

-The actual trading screen size is entirely too small to see the price action UNLESS you constantly manipulate it using the sliders (and even when you do) it reverts right back to where it was before you resized it about 5-10 seconds later so WHY even have it???
-Sure you can use the MAX size button but then you lose access to the many other tools that you might want to add.
-Speaking of tools you might want to add. You are ONLY allowed FIVE????? Talk about wimpy...come on man, get real.
-When I tried to add ONE indicator (momentum in my case) there was no place to click ADD/SAVE or whatever to put it on the chart after I adjusted the settings.
-The line tool sucks big time. Add it and then try to remove it...
-You CANNOT drag windows either, for instance the main chart window, you cannot drag the bottom down to make the chart easier to see vertically.
-When you want to set your stop loss and take profit, you have to exit out of MAX mode, make the changes and then re-enter MAX mode so you can see the chart again.
-After you place a trade you can't see the stop loss or take profit levels on the chart.
-When your trades close, the Trade History does NOT show the closing price so you cannot analyze your trade(s).
-You need to spend alot of time to learn how to use this platform and it shouldn't be that way.
-It's just not user friendly at all, you are stuck staring at the chart trying to figure everything out... even the SIMPLE stuff...
-You will find it very difficult to scalp as others have said here also because you cannot SEE enough of the chart to make your trading decisions.

DXtrade is the worst possible platform, I would avoid it at all costs especially if that is the ONLY platform that a potential prop firm is offering you. You will be sorry if you do.

The ONLY thing that I found to be relatively normal was the ability to set your stop loss and take profit levels.

I am now going to be throwing huge lot size trades at Bitcoin...win or lose just to be done with this platform and if I somehow manage to pass my challenge, I will take my $$$ and run...

Maybe you guys just had a bad experience. I haven't had one bad experience with dxtrade at all. Everything is spot on. Just read the rules when applying as different programs have different rules. It is a fairly new platform so you have to expect glitches. I thought I was having a problem, I simply reached out to customer support and they helped me immediately. Definitely recommend.

Quite possibly the worst trading platform I've ever used (and I've used a few). TP / SL takes forever to set, can't scalp at all, cannot really trade price action live because functionality doesn't allow for it (it's slow and sections disappear). There's no iOS mobile App if you want to manage/compound trades on the fly. This only works if you set limits, TP's and SL's in advance (effectively swing trading because it'll be hard to re-enter in real time if the 1st trade idea doesn't play out). Would not recommend this for day trading.

the worst trading platform guys any propfirm using only dxtrader stay away you can not modify orders like mt5 platform is slow everything is wrong with dxtrade i think because meta is so easy to use the dont want people making money by implementing dxtrade if there was a way to not give a star i would have love to not give a star it not wort it

Whatever you do and that includes prop firm challenges if the only platform offered is Dx do not go for it.
Price lags immensely and the management of stop loss and take profit at times simply disappear!
Steer well clear !

Very bad, servers always busy, lagging , don't use

To be frank with you this platform is the worst platform ever made for trading I don't even know why platforms are used in this platform I currently have four 200K Accounts My One thing I really hate is the fact that I can only go back three days on the time frame and I cannot see the full picture of the trend or what's going on this platform is really really bad I'm commonly having to get a refund on one of my challenge that I'm currently doing because of this fact

Would give 0 star if possible. Impossible to scalp with this program. The website itself is absolute garbage. Screen lags you have to swap between different time frame to be able to to see your SL on the chart absolutely shocking stay away

I had some trades opened and was in profit. DXTrade went down locking me out of my account, stopping me from managing my trades which caused me to violate the drawdown rule and lose my challenge. I sent out an email to TFT, hopefully they reply which I doubt since they make the majority of their profit from traders failing challenges.

This is totally unacceptable, and is a scam. I will update this review if I ever hear from TFT to issue me a refund or reactivate my challenge account.
