I placed an order (Order #67801) which was never delivered. Royal Mail Delivery Office have confirmed this and I've been trying to get in touch for over a week now via the instructions on the confirmation email with no reply to anything.

Very disappointing service so far and apparently not uncommon for people ordering online?

I have had horrible experience with DXB company online. I sent an email on 5/8/26 and today is 25/8/26 and still not heard anything.

I originally purchased this perfume from the Merry Hill store and was very happy with it, so I decided to order another bottle from your online store. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the perfume I have received.

The fragrance does not smell the same as my original bottle, and the scent fades almost immediately. This has led me to question the authenticity or quality of the product, as it is noticeably different from the one I previously purchased from your Merry Hill branch.

Given the excellent Trustpilot reputation, I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by this experience.

I do not recommend purchasing from the dxb online.

Order #68055, placed 14 Aug. Six days later Royal Mail still shows the parcel was never handed to them, no dispatch confirmation, and no reply to two emails or a DM. I’d really appreciate someone from your team getting in touch

Good place to buy middle eastern brand perfumes but the staff was very rude to me in person at their bentalls location

Excellent company, fast delivery, absolutely incredible perfumes. Especially the Afnan scents, absolutely fantastic.

Amazing customer service from Clare in Canary Wharf!!

I ordered a sample and received quickly. Beautiful scent. I then ordered another full size product on the 22nd June. To date i have not received it. I emailed them on the 22nd of June and received no response from them at all. It may be a stock issue, however, i would have appreciated the heads up if that was the case. The RM tracking number shows me that RM never received the item to deliver. I accept this may be a very rare occurrence.

A day after my last review, I received the perfume that was missing in my order. It came as a surprise but I was grateful for the gesture. DXB also sent me an email to state they would issue a refund which I appreciate. Therefore, I’m upgrading my review with another star.

First time ordering from this retailer. I got a few items including a gift perfume. There was a significant delay with shipping so I had to contact them because I had no confirmation of my order for about a week. Not sure if this is usual or if they were just having some issues. Still worth being aware just in case you are ordering for an occasion. The main reason behind my three stars is that one of the items I ordered was not delivered instead I got another product in its place which as you can imagine is frustrating after waiting weeks for delivery. I raised a complaint but it’s been a month and no action has been taken so I’m stuck with a perfume I didn’t order and don’t like.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered 5 items from your website, but I only received 3 items. In addition, the 3 items I received were not the products I ordered.

I contacted your customer service by email and explained the issue, but I have not received any response. This is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I would like an immediate resolution, either by sending the correct missing items or providing a full refund. If I do not receive a response soon, I will consider taking further action and sharing my experience with other customers.
