Great Service and communication

Excellent communication and a first class service from Jordan the technician

Very professional and great job.
2nd time I’ve used this company and found they did a great job both times

The guy who came was on time and explained what was going to happen with the repair on my caring and very cheerful manner

Arrived within the time allocated.
Was very polite and friendly.
Wing mirror had scratches from making contact with a wall 🙄 After the repair, I can honestly say it looks brand new. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Engineer arrived on time and carried out the general inspection and subsequent polishing of bodywork to a high standard. I await the polishing of the alloy wheels soon.

Sent reminders of forthcoming visit. Arrived at the time stated. Finished work was fantastic and and excellent match for the unrepaired areas.Arrived when they said

All 4 wheels needed repair. 2 in particular needed lathe repair. who came out did the easy repairs and did a good job. That is where it ended. Despite chasing and chasing DWV have still not repaired the rear wheels despite chasing and appointment times being promised. Utterly useless!

Arranging repairs to work being carried out were all really well done. Marcos, the agent doing the repairs was friendly and really informative regarding what will be done to sort out the chipping damage to my car. Marcos did a fantastic job with the repairs, but a slight downside however was the fact that the damage to the bonnet could not be completely removed due to the service being a mobile unit and some limitations because of this (marcos did explain this to me prior to works going ahead) overall though this was a great service.

Carried out repairs quickly and efficiently. Even touched up 1 or 2 paint chips I was not aware of.

Customer service not great.
Guy turned up and said he could not get on the drive so unable to complete repair. Told him I will move the car off the drive onto the road for him and he said no I cant do that, theb he managed to get on my drive and said he might not have the colour paint to complete the job. I felt he did not want to be at the job and was quite abrupt. Did complete the job but I felt I was an inconvienience however the job was booked in 2 weeks prior and i accepted the time ans day with no hessitation so he should have been ready with the materials to complete the job.

Quick Efficient service, pleasant operative. Came at agreed time. No hassle for us whilst he carried out the repair to a stone chip. Whilst you can still see where chip has been repaired on bonnet edge (when you know it is there & are looking for it), colour match is good & there is no longer a risk of surface damage spreading. I would recommend this service/company.
