The item I purchased turned out to be incorrect. A few emails later, I had returned the product and was then reimbursed for my original purchase plus return postage. Mistakes happen, DWT quickly sorted this out and without fuss. Nice one guys, many thanks.

The car cover is not waterproof as described and has left many water marks on the paintwork.
Very disappointed with this product despite many good reviews .

The price was very good, the shipping was free.
The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the courier Evri took quite a long time to deliver from their local depot.

Easy too order and recieved exactly what I ordered in good time.

Searched for the work jackets DW had them in stock at the best price so I bought two. I do like the Snickers work coats. Delivered within a few days , what’s not to like. Very good service from DW.

Excellent service

Delivery was delayed. Not tried it yet but I expect it will be fine.
Price was reasonable.

We ordered modular Sealey garage units. No communication about delivery until chased. Delivery was by a lorry too large to navigate our driveway so as a 65 year old man had to assist driver to unload inside the main gates as driver was not confident about driving direct to the garage. Then had to carry units 250 yds to garage. Units look brilliant when unpacked and fitted without a hitch but would not order again unless delivery was agreed to be direct to garage.

I was looking for a sturdy, good quality, large and lightweight plastic leaf rake. After an Internet search I found one on DWToolshops website. It was easy to find what I needed and easy to order on their website. It was a good price and the postage cost was sensible, even though it's big and odd shaped - I suppose a toolshop is prepared for that, more than some of the other shops selling these (some wanted to charge £15-25 postage!). It arrived quickly, not packaged at all and with just a label on it, but that was fine, it arrived in good condition, again, I suppose a toolshop knows what needs to be packaged and what doesn't. The rake itself is sturdy, light to use and makes quick work of the job - the best leaf rake ever! I'm very happy, thank you.
