Highly recommend for any vehicle registration services. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Sent all my information to them and all they gave me back was the same information I gave to them. Completely useless and a complete rip off!!
The ICOC document they provide isn't recognized by the ministry of transport so not worth the paper it's written on.

Absolutely ecstatic with the excellent service you provided for me. After 3 months, and several attempts to register my vehicle which was becoming to look to be an impossibility, YOU MANAGED IT IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! Cannot thank you enough. Highly recommended.

DVLA advice website is not an honest service or business. Do not use.

I have read many posts about the DVLAADVICE website and how they operate a previous customer encountered using the website DVLAADVICE. The same person operates another website called EURO CERT Avoid these websites at all costs.

Below the post, which was posted, I have copied his post, as I could not have said it better as the same was done to me. DVLAADVICE, and EURO CERT, which is run by the same one-person operator, he has been reported to the police in Bristol, I have opened a case against him like so many others, please we need to stop him, anyone who has used DVLAADVICE put the word out and post your honest review to help inform customers about DVLAADVICE

Do not use this service I was dubious from the beginning but decided to give it the benefit of doubt. They just copied the
Information I provided and sent it back to me. I've been completing V55 forms for a while now, and I required specific information which was not provided. They even tried to upsell me a package rather than provide what I had asked for. I've paid by credit card, and I will let the company decide if I'm entitled to a refund from all the evidence I will provide"

If anyone has the time to read all 300 plus reviews, you will note the operator of this site has more negative reviews, almost 100.

When you post a negative and truthful review regarding DVLAADVICE, first they will respond with garbage to hid the facts, take the time to read the other true negative posts to fully understand how they operate, then they complain to Trustpilot to remove your review, as I had quoted facts and names, So I now post my review to meet Trustpilot's guidelines. I urge all people that have already paid DVLAADVICE to contact their bank/credit card company and have the transactions reversed, DVLAADVICE will try to recover card payments that have been reversed from you by making a claim through HM Courts and Tribunal Services (Money Claim on Line) this made my day as I indented to defend this 100 % hopefully this will go to the next level and the proper authorities will close this business down.

All I am trying to achieve with this review is to lay out the facts and inform the public to make people aware that DVLAADVICE and EURO CERT websites are a waste of time, you will lose money.

As for the reply given, all the information was given to you by myself and the information required from a COC and contained within a COC is detailed and comprehensive unlike the cut and paste you did.

You also seem to misunderstand the whole point here.I paid for 3 Certificate of Conformities nothing else.I didn’t ask for anything other than what I paid for.Whether I cannot register them or not is my business.My dispute is that I did not receive what I paid for.Nothing else.

I recently (September 2020) imported a motorbike into the UK from Europe and attempted the myriad of DVLA/DVSA paperwork on my own. After several months of procrastinating and struggling I contacted DVLA advice who were great! Not only told me what to do but also filled in the various complicated registration forms on my behalf and also helped book the various inspections needed (DVSA test).
I have already recommended to friends and colleagues moving back to the UK from around the world.

Total scam. Not sure how a company like this can still exist and operate.
They are basically copying the info you provide to them into a template and they send it back to you.
Once you complain about the service they don't reply to your emails anymore.
Forget about getting any advice, documents or paperwork. They promised a service, take your money and just don't do anything at all. Totally useless. £130 stolen, I'm now trying to claim it back through my credit card provider.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I tried to use this company to register my recently deceased fathers VW pickup. A certain staff member
was incredibly rude, insensitive and unprofessional throughout the process. He owes me money for tax and DVLA fees which was never bought. I have email numerous times to have this refunded with my emails now being ignored. If I’m not refunded in 7 days time I will too go to Trading Standards as I have seen others have done. Avoid this company. The man is completely rude and sells you services you don’t need.

It is finally good to hear from you. It seems as though you respond to reviews rather than emails as I still haven’t received an email from you. I find your comment about email response times hypercritical, as again this is the first time I’ve heard from you since January after I have emailed now three times.

In addition, I did not ask if South African plates could be placed on the vehicle after registration, I asked if new plates my dad bought could be used. Your comment stating that they couldn’t, and the best place was in the bin was unnecessary.

I was prompt in returning emails to you providing information and money. I was however unable to MOT vehicle in good time due to various reasons including COVID restrictions. However, if you were maybe more competent you’d know that if I waited 6months I wouldn’t need an MOT or tax due to the car being classed as a classic.

I transferred money to you for tax and DVLA fees that I want returning as you did not tax the car or provide proof of DVLA service for the vehicle. I hope to have this returned to me within a week. You have my bank details in two emails I have sent you.

I have now reported this man to both Trading Standads and the Financial Ombudsman as his business is trading illegally. Both have said they will investigate this company.

If you want to take the hassle out of this procedure, and believe me it is a hassle, then these are the guys for the job. No fuss and get the job done.

i have dealt with dvlaadvice for 5 off our caravans that where exported to Spain. we have found the company to be professional at all times. and prompt with the delivery of the documents, for the caravans, via email and hard copy by post, and it gives a piece of mind when your traveling through custom`s with the correct paper work , can recommend DVLAADVICE. Helpful got the job done it was quick with the paper work the french have been very slow . We finally sorted or number plates from English to french on our vw truck and are very happy. Thanks for your help .

A great help in guiding me through the process of registering an imported motorcycle - useful advice and support.

David and Mick provided expert advice in registering a classic motorcycle, restored from parts imported from the US. They carried out the administrative work with HMRC and DVLA, saving time and trouble on my behalf. My V5C registration document dropped through the letterbox much quicker than I had expected, particularly given COVID-19 lockdown constraints. I’d certainly use VRS again for convenience and to benefit from their knowledge and expertise.

This is the 4th time I used this company for a age related registration document for my classic motorcycles ,smooth transaction ,great communication with this email based service ,highly recommend ,they aquire a nova certificate for you if you do not have one and fill in all forms for dvla,Great service will use again.
