I ordered some woven labels for my shirts to carry the logogram I have been using for decades on all my "personalty" and I am highly satisfied of the result. I live in England but I had the lab... See more

I ordered labels and hang tags
I ordered labels and hang tags. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. Both labels and hang tags were excellent quality! Shipping was very fast too.
Print quality is very good
Print quality is very good. Text clarity is surprisingly clear given the small size of label I had created.

Good design process!
After submitting my design the company reached out to make sure I had the highest quality of product possible, providing feedback on recommended sizes and clarity of the design. Very happy with my labels and will likely order more in the future!
Beautiful labels
Beautiful labels! Very fast turnaround time, much faster than anticipated. Label was easily customized, the communication was smooth and fast, price was fair and frankly the quality was far better than I expected. 10/10 experience, this is my label shop from now on.
New business - New label
The labels I ordered are perfect for sewing onto the items I make. The quality is very good and there are many options available to customize what you need. They arrived in a very timely manner, too!
Not Pleased with Dutch Label — Beware of Resizing Your Artwork
I'm not pleased with my experience. I received my woven patches much larger than I wanted. First, I tried calling and using the online chat, but neither went through. Email was the only communication that went through. I initially set the size of the dimensions manually at 1.75" square, but when I uploaded my artwork, it auto-detected the size at 2.75." I did not see this change on the preview, and double-checked my artwork... it was at 1.75", the correct size.
I brought this up with one of the supervisors, even screen-recorded the upload and order process to show there is a flaw in the process by recreating the same issue. I kept getting pushback and other excuses for why it wasn't their fault, even though it was fully my fault. I even mentioned the money-back guarantee, and said I don't want my money back, I just want the patches at the correct size. I was only offered a maximum of 20% off my next order.
I don't recommend Dutch Label for this reason, and I am not pleased with their customer service in handling this matter.
Extremely PLEASED!!
I'm extremely pleased with my custom embroidered labels! Not only are they beautiful and well made, they look very professional. I'm very proud to add a special label to a very special project!!
Good quality labels
Good quality labels. This is my second order and I will use again
Great quality woven labels
I ordered two designs and both came out lovely! It was super easy to pick the sizing and colors to how I wanted and it's why I picked DLS. Very direct online designer system. It took 2 weeks to ship them out, like expected. I wasn't initially sure how my designs would translate to woven labels, but the details showed perfectly, so I'm very happy with this purchase!
Dutch label shop is the best!
Dutch label shop is the best for high quality labels, made and shipped in very reasonable time frame!
Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish, amazing quality woven patches. Delivery took a couple of weeks, but well worth the wait. Highly recommended.
First package got lost in transition
First package got lost in transition, but they sent out a new one and it looks awesome! Great costumer service and quality!
Do not do business with this company.
I have never in my life written a bad review... Poor communication and unhelpful customer service. They advertise 'Fast Delivery', but that is not what I have experienced. I chatted with a rep a week ago and he said that all orders were delayed due to their factory being closed for maintenance. Was told he would email me with the estimated ship date and that never happened. Just had a similar experience with another person in customer service. It seems that they would have alerted customers of a temporary longer shipping turnaround. Anyway... I am just venting. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not really convinced that I will receive my order.
They consistently fail to ship or…
They consistently fail to ship or provide items on the time frame they promise. They then don't help at all customers service wise and talk down to you about disclaimers. Avoide them at all costs.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, weeks and weeks are passing by and only promises happen. No dispatch of my order anywhere.
Very slow delivery so too late for event!
I really had not envisaged it would take so long from ordering to receiving the order - company refunded in the end as it took so long.
It ended up quite stressful to have to replace the labels elsewhere at very short notice as it took so long to arrive despite saying fast delivery on website.

After 1.5 weeks was just trying to find out where in the transit process my labels were, didn't expect them for another week or so.....turns out they'd arrived and my son had put them on the table!
They look great and really happy with the postage time!! (Australia)
Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money ordering the sample pack to choose a label style.
I paid for the sample pack to ensure I knew exactly what I was ordering, loved one particular label, and ordered my labels based on that exact sample. I was really excited to receive them as I am a new small business but when my labels arrived, the finish was different to the sample label.
The sample label had neat edges on the long sides (top and bottom) and cut raw, slightly frayed edges on the shorter sides. This was the look I loved and specifically ordered. However, the labels I received were cut along the opposite grain, leaving raw frayed edges on the top and bottom and neat edges on the short sides. As a result of being cut on the opposite grain, they look far messier than the sample and this is not the appearance I was wanting.
I contacted them immediately, as the labels were the opposite of what I paid for and ordered based on. After a lot of back and forth, I was told it depends on how the fabric is cut. I asked if my labels could be cut the same way as the sample and was even shown a photo of another customer’s labels that matched the sample exactly. I confirmed this was precisely what I wanted and asked if there was a specific size or dimension needed to achieve this finish as this wasn't mentioned anywhere.
I was then told it wasn’t possible to produce my labels the same as the sample or the other customer’s, which makes no sense. What is the point of selling sample labels if the final product finish can’t match them exactly? If variations are unavoidable, this should be clearly explained in the sample pack with samples of variations provided.
I'm fully aware that the website states the label has raw edges with some fraying, the sample clearly shows this only on the short edges. The labels I received were cut in the opposite direction, significantly changing the overall finish. The fraying along the top and bottom edges was far more excessive than the short raw edge on the sample and continues to unravel when snagged.
You can’t advertise one finish, charge customers based on it, and then deliver something different. I'm just confused as to why the others customer also looked exactly like the sample so why can't mine look like this too?
Honestly so disappointed by this and as a new small business I spent the time and money to review the sample pack to ensure the money spent ordering my first set of labels would be exactly what I was looking for yet I've been sent something different to the sample which looks so much messier and tatty that I cannot use them.
I would attach photos of the sample next to my labels as well as the other customers label as a reference but there isn't an option to do this.
I dont often write a review
I dont often write a review, but the process was made super simple, fast and secure. I'll likely order my future labels here too.
Only issue i had is the shipping could have been communicated a bit better, but other than that it was great.
