Terrible. It’s been 3 weeks. No update, nothing. Website says your order will ship in 14 days. It’s a scam.

I was so happy to find Dutch Label Shop where I found exactly what I wanted. The color options were great and they had the font I wanted which is very hard to find. The labels are beautifully made with very clear font embroidery on a wonderfully large label. I am an art quilter and it’s very important to me that the labels I use on my work are as elegant as my artwork, and these labels are definitely a beautiful match❤️

I had ordered a sample set. I received it quickly, and I am happy with the high quality of the samples. It is really great to have the opportunity to get to know the material 'tangibly' before placing an order!

My woven labels came out great! It was very easy to upload my design to their website and place my custom order. I was shown clear photos of a sample label before the whole batch was produced. The labels themselves look and feel really high quality. They really add a nice professional touch to our textile goods. I recommend Dutch Label Shop and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Great product, this is the second time I am ordering the printed sew in labels. I'm not disappointed at all. I would order again. Easy to order, they show a proof and work with you till it is acceptable. The labels did not take long to arrive, like 3 weeks.

I wanted a cap badge to go onto a Naval cap but I only had a photo of the product. I found Dutch Label Shop who would scan and reproduce the item for me. When the review came back it was missing some outer detail, but Dutch Label Shop took the time and effort to get their graphic designer to work on it to my specs. What came back was fantastic! Really good customer service who took time to adapt to my requirements. They kept me informed at every step and returned a magnificent product. I was kept up to date with time scales all through the procedure. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Such great quality too as I had many years in production and design and the labels produced are such high quality.

I placed my order and paid for it online on August 4, 2025, 28 days ago. I still have not received even the shipping confirmation. It was crucial for me to receive the order within 20 days of placing it, as it was planned as a customer gift for my business.

I was in contact with the customer service after waiting for 16 days and asked if they had dispatched my order already. They said that they have just received my payment. I had no clue that online bank payments take 16 days to transfer.

When I questioned the situation, they replied that "the order will be shipped by the end of this week." The answer was given 12 days ago, and I still have not received the patches or even the shipping confirmation.

I wanted to make a special custom clothing label to celebrate the end of a huge crochet project, and I’m so happy with how my clothing tags came out! I spent almost two months crocheting a 70’s style mini dress and the cherry on top is a groovy tag to match. Being able to order just a few tags and for them to be professional quality was a really nice way to end this landmark project.

I am delighted with the woven labels from the Dutch Label Company. They take a while to arrive in the UK but worth the wait. Lovely quality adding a professional touch to my bespoke sewing items which I sell to raise funds to help save rhinos from poaching.

For me being a small business myself purchasing labels in bulk is always a hard decision to make due to tight budgets but with Dutch Label’s small minimums I was able to reach out and get a small set created. The turn around time was fair. (Three weeks+) but the shipment arrived quick once the order was ready. Quality was just like envisioned. Thank you Dutch Label Shop!
