Really helpful team! First time buying these kind of products to help with a DIY project. Arran was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the set-up side once I'd received my equipment. Thanks again! I'm all set to start the decorating now.

Faulty product and very poor customer service. Bought a MVDV20 vacuum and after 1 days use found that the power tool takeoff was faulty. Dustarrest will not refund or exchange because it is now used..!! Waited a week to be told that I would have to organise a carrier and send the unit to an approved service agent at my own expense. The 30days and 1 year warranties means nothing. Now faced with the cost of the vacuum, the expense and time of arranging postage and no vacuum for an unknown number of weeks for a busy workshop. This company is so old fashioned in its dismissive attitude towards its customers. Look deeper into the adverts and don’t be swayed by the hype. I feel scammed, a very poor experience.

Not impressed by a shipping protection surcharge that you’re unable to remove. Any damage is between courier and shop, not online mugging

I rang about some filters that I needed, the person at the end of the phone answered my questions and sent an email of what i needed pressed the button and ordered, simple and saved me time looking. Keep up the good work 👍🏾

It says over £100 it's free delivery then I was charged £7.50 on payment ??

Great customer service

Helpful if emails went to junk so pushes my job back. I never have an issue with other firms annoying site to navigate

Let's face it, this is an expensive bit of clever plastic. But, it is brilliant for controlling the dust from an angle grinder. Using a good quality 5m hose I link mine to a cyclone separator then to a cheap and cheerful Titan vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter on it. Works a treat on both my Makita and Bosch grinders.

Easy to compare items and select the ones that suits your needs with plenty of detail and videos.
