Well for a start, the product is fantastic. It feels solid and substantial when unwrapped and the motor's got some real poke - it grinds coffee beans almost instantly. The price is also right and was substantially lower than Amazon, which I didn't expect, to be honest. Apart from that, it shipped to me very promptly and arrived in one piece. Pick the bones out of that!

Amazing from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, very helpful and efficient. Answered my questions immediately, sent me a link, order here in two days. Excellent service.

Super quick delivery, arrived well packaged and in good order. All seems to be working fine. Bought as an emergency tool should the lights go out. Happy with item and seller. Would recommend.

Wrote to Duronic weeks ago with a product enquiry to do with a product with non stick plates....I asked about the type of non stick used as some non stick coatings contain potentially harmful chemicals.....I've been patient and received absolutely no response which doesn't bode well for their customer support, so I won't be purchasing their product and they've lost a customer....
I very much doubt they'll respond to my review!!!

I ordered a single desk mount unit as a trial and was genuinely impressed with the product quality – solid, well-made, and exactly what we needed.

Encouraged by this, I emailed to place an order for 35 units for our new office. The response? They asked me what I was looking to order – despite it being clearly referenced in the original message.

I also tried calling the business team several times, but the phone was never answered. For a company selling such a good product, the complete lack of communication and support is incredibly frustrating.

Great product, but the customer service and response times are seriously disappointing – especially when trying to place a fairly straightforward order. A real letdown. My advice - Buy off their amazon store as Amazon looks after you like you should be. Dont buy direct!

I bought a little radio, in line with government advice and mindful of the massive blackout in Spain a couple of weeks ago. The radio did not work, from day one. I charged it, and tuned it, but couldn't hear anything. The volume knob didn't easily turn and made a cracking/clicking sound on attemping to turn it. Poor quality control, evidently. Amazon refunded me without fuss, and didn't even want the dud radio back, but seems a waste of time, effort, money and emissions for all concerned.

Great product for those with old or Dell monitors. Easy to fit and works well.

No product manual. No instructions at all. QR code doesn’t work. No online manual. No phone number. Product might be good but I’ll never know.

Appalling customer service, shifting the blame of a poor product onto the consumer.

Around 18 months ago I purchased an air fryer, model AF24. All was well but the screws became loose that held the plastic handles onto the drawers. Retightening temporarily solved the problem but they became loose again due to the repeated heating and cooling process when the air fryer was in use.
Eventually the drawers failed completely and the screws could not be tightened.
After contacting customer services to complain, they blamed me for misuse and refused to send replacement drawers for a failure of an inherent fault with the product free of charge
While I could have persued this, I found a local tradesman who could repair the drawers for a very reasonable price.
It's disappointing that Duronic chose not to rectify the situation and further compound the issue by blaming a customer for their failure of a manufacturing defect. Poor product and shocking customer service.

Had 5 gang adaptor already, very good. Bought different make last week, very inferior. Duronic website and service excellent. Product seems good, just received post free.

On our second Duronic air fryer now and that was only bought as I wanted two separate drawers but actually ended up with the model that had the extra large one as well as the other two!
Fantastic product, easy to operate and cooks to a perfection.

Ordered the rubber ends for the trays,I would have ordered two new draw trays but couldn’t see them,anyway I got my rubber ends the next day what a lovely surprise,I will order again

A great variety of sit/stand workstation options. I found just the one for me. Successful purchase with next day delivery which went a bit wrong because delivery was attempted at the wrong address - no fault of Duronic. However we were able to pick up the parcel that day and install. The product is fantastic. Amazing build quality and fits perfectly in my small space. The sit/stand option is going to transform my work experience.
