Products don't last

I make yoghurt every week.

This is the 2nd yoghurt maker I have bought, the first one purchased in August '20 and the second in November '23. Both have failed, the latest one is cooking the yoghurt, so the yoghurt is far too thick , cracked and dry, I suspect the heater has failed.

I tried contacting duronic but as I didn't order from, but Amazon, them I can't complete the enquiry forms.

So I now have yet another yoghurt maker to go to the recycling centre and the jars to landfill.

A disgrace the machines only last for a few years

Super fast delivery

Ordered an adaptor for my parents blood pressure machine. I was expecting delivery to take a couple of days. But surprisingly it arrived the following day, in less than 24hrs. Great product. Great delivery.

Still Not Received

Unfortunately at this moment in time, I am Unable to provide a Review of the Ordered Items, as Although I have Received an Email from Royal Mail saying they Received the said Items here in Plymouth on Wednesday 29th October and said that delivery would be made on Thursday 30th, between 11.35am and 3.35pm. As of yet (Saturday 1st), We are Still awaiting Delivery???

Duronic Double Air-Fryer and liners...an excellent combination.

We ordered a Duronic Double Air-Fryer that was unusually late in being delivered. And, we have ordered the package AFL3 Silicone Air Fryer Liners. These liners have just arrived, but we used the air fryer prior to this with remarkable results. A perfect pork joint with crackling and sliced potatoes. Both were cooked to perfection with the unique double zone temperature and timer selections. Besides, it comes with a separate huge single cooking tray for larger loads. For anyone considering a double air fryer, this is the one.

[Resolved] Parts delivered without screws or tools

I ordered two DM25 heads. They were delivered in a cardboard box without any screws or tools or instructions or packaging.

I bought a DM35 head from them before and that one came with screws and a tool to adjust the tightness.

UPDATE: I contacted Duronic and they asked for a photo. I sent them the photo and they sent me the missing parts within 2 days. Speedy response and resolution. Issue was handled in a professional manner and resolved satisfactorily.

Exceptional customer service

From the receipt of my request for changing HEPA filters till the end of my request everything was more than excellent!!!! Fast reply, understanding of my request, quick creation of order through Duronic site!!!! Within less than 24 hours everything was settled and waiting for the spare parts!!!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

Another UK company with zero customer service

If I had known this was a UK company I would not have used them (and I am British), I have, unfortunately, used UK companies in the past and they are all the same, happy to take your money, but any issues and they don't want to know. My heater had legs which could not be attached due to no threads on the screw holes, they don't want to know and called me a liar! And even asked me to submit pics of the tiny screw hole. Contacted them with the pics (best I could get) and no response after 5 days, appaling customer servce. Avoid this corrupt company like the plague!

Poor replacement part service!

I needed replacement 800w immersion hand blender unit. Duronic sent me replacement but it was only 350w...barelyblended my lentil soup! I returned it after a bit of emailing to and fro, only for them to return it to me with no explanation. I phoned CS to be told. 'Thats the only one we do' I pointed out wrong wattage to be told 'Im just telling you what I have been told I advised her to tell whoever to learn difference between 350 Watts and 800Watts...and immersion sticks! Now I haveuseless £50 of accessories and no power unit! will not buy this brand again. It was a great wee gadget too :(
