I want to give my real opinion

I want to give my real opinion, apart from compliments and such, I have bought from this company twice. The first time I bought an f26 model and it had two minor flaws, but overall it was acceptable and I was satisfied with the ride and overall quality of the bike. The beautiful design of this model also had a positive effect on me, but unfortunately my bike was stolen. But these positive points made me order the same bike model from this company again. The second time the bike arrived and there were no problems. It is possible that there are small problems during the delivery. The second time the LCD of the bike was broken, but I want to say this. The support team works well and is always responsive because when you make a purchase online, problems may arise, as happened to me, but the support team is always responsive and solves the problems and if necessary, they send you replacement products. This was something that happened to me and I wanted to tell everyone.

Well looked after.

They do not publish or volunteer their UK address. Their address does not seem to be anywhere on their website. All UK businesses are usually required to state their trading or head office address on their website.

There was a company with companies House called DUOTT HOUSE, with an accommodation address of Dept 302, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, DN6 8DA. But this company was dissolved on July 31, 2012.

Great customer service. From ordering my bike (S26) it arrive within 2 days. Very well packaged in the box. Easy to assemble. I managed it on my own. Although 2 people may help as quite a heavy e-bike.

total screw ups

I orderd a bike: First, I recieved trackingnumber from DUOTTS.
Then i looked with UPS and it stated “ waiting on recieving item“ so! i also waited.
After some time i looked at the website again because i still recieved zero!,update,messages or sms from UPS or DUOTTS.
So i went to their website and on the website UPS it stated they was already here in 2days- 2 times(i work) The day after they stated on their website they was at my door at 21.36h in the evening what is IMPOSSIBLE because i was 100% home and saw or heard nobody and still NOT!!! recieved any !!! emails or sms they would deliver from UPS OR DUOTTS.

I made a lot of complaints with DUOTTS about the total screw up and LIES! from UPS.

After a lot of emails DUOTTS stated THEMSELVES! UPS would send the bike to a pick up point from UPS and i could get the bike there.
And this happened 2 times

AND AGAIN! ZERO DELIVERY,NOTHING! on the UPS website and NOTHING from DUOTTS about delivery date,place etc and AGAIN! zero updates with email or sms.

Then DUOTTS told me UPS would deliver the bike on saturday 24/05 in day at my home.
GUESS WHAT? NOBODY!!! ever showed up and AGAIN! zero on the UPS website,ZERO email and ZERO SMS from ANYBODY .

Because i was freaking tired of this shit and they OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IT. I demanded a refund(because they could not deliver) and asked this 4 !!!! times and DUOTTS completly ignored my request and still kept going please wait etc etc etc(a lot of crap!)

The 5e ! time DUOTTS told me they would refund me but deduct 150 Euro for delivery costs.
I REFUSED 100% AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO.

I still waiting on refund , BUT!!! i made complaint(as i told them i would do! with the ECC(also about UPS)
What they did is 100% ILLEGAL and they HAVE!!! TO REPAY YOUR MONEY IN FULL with these sort of problems( EU LAW! )So! everybody who had problems as this or other(even if it was in the past),KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! AND OBLIGATIONS FOR SELLERS. MAKE COMPLAINT WITH THE ECC- European Consumer Centre
(Availible in ANY! EU language)

PS: I WILL ALSO NEVER!!!! order or send ANYTHING from ANY! seller who uses UPS. They are the biggest screw up,liers you can think off( look Google and Trustpilot and you know enough)

Support is very bad ,refused to accept a return of wrong item ordered online under E.U distance selling regulations for online purchase.
They are based in China, so you have no rights with these charlatans.

Bike broke after 1 month but no warranty

My electric bike price € 869 ( A DUOTTS C29 Electric Bike, Single battery + Hydraulic Brake. Plus extra accessories) broke after 1 month. Contacted customer service multiple times, they keep sending new parts, but my bike is still broken. I prove with a video and they agree. But now they say that I have to have the bike repaired myself at a random shop and that they maybe pay the bill. This is not a guarantee and outrageous. I am still looking for a solution, I want a bike that works and that I paid for! Just send me a proper bike

I bought an ebike from them and it arrived broken. They offer 30 day return on their website. ITS A LIE. I have been trying to send the broken bike back for almost a month now but they string me along with false promises and refuse to give me the return adress.

I regret buying anything from these scammers. STAY AWAY!

DREADFUL SERVICE .

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOUR ANY KIND OF RETURN CONTRACT.

THE WEIGHT OF THE BIKE IS RIDICULOUS, SO HEAVY. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO US IT WITHOUT THE POWER.
