Great Selections of Asian Ingredients
Dun Yong has great selections of Asian ingredients (the reason I tried their webshop is because they have hijiki - other stores don't have this) with competitive prices. They also have a good aftersale service, one of the staff contacted me to ensure smooth delivery. I recommend this shop and will order agaik in the future.

I am sorry you did not like our shop because we asked you for an additional shipping payment due to your shipping location being in a designated remote area according to DHL, whom we use for our deliveries. This sometimes happens and as stated on our page about deliveries and returns if it does happen we will contact the customer about this. If we would be selling high margin products we would not have to do this, but unfortunately that is not the case with groceries. We also understand that often with the additional remote area surcharge of 20EUR (which is the minimum DHL charges us, but can be more sometimes) the items will become so expensive it is no longer interesting, so we also always offer the customer the option to cancel the order.

Hi, could you explain why you thought the delivery was slow? We received your order on 25th November after 12:00. DHL always picks up our shipments around 11:00 (which we also explain on the page about shipping and returns). Your order was prepared and given to DHL the next day (26th) and delivered on the 27th.

Merlyn, we are sorry about the bad experience. You placed your order on the 4th, we packed it up on the 5th in the morning and DHL picked it up at 11:00 and delivered it the next day on the 6th. We have been shipping our fresh products like this (pack in the morning, delivery next day with DHL) and so far we have not received any complaints, except once when DHL took 2 days longer to deliver). The only thing I can think of is that it took a little bit longer for you to receive the items because you chose for an evening delivery, but that should not make such a big difference. We will refund the 2 items to you. If you want to be sure everything arrives as quick as possible, please choose our Wednesday delivery by GreenDelivr. They pick up the orders at 17:00 and deliver the same day between 17:00 and 21:00.

Lots of products, good service, good prices
Everything was packaged well and my order was delivered as requested. It was suprising to find some of the products here that I couldnt find in our local Asian store. Expect a few days to take before shipment, but if you are not in a hurry, shouldnt be a problem.
