The professionalism of this group os remarkable!! From calling and setting things up, the customer service is above and beyond!! They were flexible to work with our schedule in getting the dumpster in and out quickly!!

The dumpster was delivered when they said it would. Placed where it was needed. When I contacted them to pick the dumpster up, it was picked up in a timely manner. It worked out in the best way for us.

When I phoned, I was given all info I needed. Delivery and pick-up was easy and went smoothly.

The process was quick and easy. I had a few questions and called customer service and their associate was friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem shutting the dumpster on the day of pickup and the driver made sure everything was good to go.

They send a dumpster with banded door so i cant close it all the way. When they came for pickup they said door is not closed. When i send them band door picture there is a supervisor she said okey they only charge me 75$ and they send me final full paidoff invoice
But after one month they take 195$ from my card. I suggest you guys dont give them your card information. I have all the pictures of banded doors and video.

Received an email stating a range of dates that the dumpster would be picked up but I needed a specific date so I replied to the email asking to be notified when an exact date was scheduled. That same day received an email with an exact date.

The dumpster was picked up on the schedule date.
