Was helped by a gentleman by the name of Ross. He was very helpful and had the knowledge of the information I needed in order to take care of some of the DUI requirements I want to complete before I get convicted with a DUI. Hopefully with his help, I will look proactive about the situation in the eyes of the DMV and Judicial system.

Customer Service and Company Ethics are Unbeatable!
They will advise you for free, put you in touch with all necessary resources to complete the process of a DWAI/DUI charge, and they actually care about their clients. I have never seen such ethical competency from a business before, and am highly impressed with the mission and morals behind this service.
I've never had a CEO of a company reach out with such personal regard to righting a customer complaint. After speaking with him, I am very confident this company opened with the soul purpose of truly helping people through these hard situations.
They are "super helpful" and respond to your query almost immediately, their call center staff is very friendly and understanding; but I did have an issue with their advice initially. I was originally misguided about the legal logistics involving DMV hearings, license restrictions/losses and the criminal vs DMV process of a DUI/DWAI, and after being referred to a lawyer In their network I was re-advised that in my situation, I did not need to buy insurance and interlock so soon.
However, after informing the company of my issue, the CEO of DUI Care reached out to me personally, asking what he could do to remedy the first review I left regarding the misinformation I had received. When I spoke to the CEO, he had informed me that immediately after leaving my first review he had already re-informed his employees about the logistics of DWAI/DUI cases, legal advising and not to try and push sales.
