I want to extend my sincere thanks to Phil from the PA DUI Association. After PennDOT lost my paperwork, Phil went above and beyond—resubmitting documents, troubleshooting the issue, and ultimately expediting the process so I could get back on the road with my Ignition Interlock/Limited License. His professionalism, patience, and persistence truly made a difference during a very frustrating time.
I’m giving the PA DUI Association 4 out of 5 stars. My initial experience with another representative—whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—was disappointing. He was unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic, which only added to an already difficult and embarrassing situation.
That said, Phil's outstanding service deserves recognition. This is undoubtedly a thankless job, but his kindness, respect, and understanding did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Phil—you won’t be forgotten.

Moving forward
I waited too long to get in contact with duicare. I wish i had contacted them months ago. Ryan provided me with really useful information and helped me take the next steps to getting my life back on track. His demeanor was very professional and understanding. He got me through to the interlock program and was able to help me make a good choice on which company to go through and set my appointment.

Ryan was the best person to talk to in a situation like mine. I gave him all the details and he gave me all of the information I needed and helped connect me with an attorney that I can speak with about next steps. Very happy with this part of an otherwise really crappy situation to be in.
