Fun Games, withdraws don’t happen

Games are fun, got my first payout just fine. Tried to withdraw another and it’s been over a month and nothing. Reached out and they “refunded” me 1/2 of it to PayPal. Never received the rest. No issues whenever I deposited but withdrawals are another story.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your comments.

Please be informed that there is no problem with withdrawals, we process hundreds of withdrawal requests every day to our players through our partner PayPal.

Because some of your recent tournament results were flagged for investigation, your account has been permanently terminated. This included a manual and technological review, and we have determined unfair play. Fairness is an explicit promise to our community of players.

Unfortunately, this means that you are no longer allowed to participate in our DuelCash gaming communities.

Our support managers are available 24/7 and always ready to help you with any problems you encounter. Please contact us via ticket or email.

We wish you the best of luck and a great day!

Massive scam, don't deposit!

All positive reviews are from Duelcash employees themselves!!
Do not deposit on here!
If you win money, you'll never be able to withdraw it. On top of that, they will ask you for private information like a selfie of you holding your ID and sending proof of your address.

Once you've send this information, they'll never send you a penny, they'll use your sensitive information to attempt credit card fraud and sell your personal information on the dark web.

I've tons and tons of screenshots to prove my case and to show they are an absolute scam and huge fraudulent website.

Stay away.

!!Oh btw if you've ever deposited through paypal and got scammed yourself, just message paypal and tell exactly what happened, try to use screenshots, you'll for sure get your money back. And the more people who report the scam, the stronger our case and the bigger the odds we'll get our justice.!!!

Suspicion of fraud!!!!!

I won a large sum last year and wanted to have it paid out to my Paypal account. After I received an email from the "fraud department" of DuelCash asking for proof in the form of ID, expense report and selfie, there was first of all a long silence. You are really ignored. If you annoy long enough and complain, eventually comes a response with the pleasant news that in the next few days the credit to the Paypal account will be made. From then on nothing happens for months. Requests are rigeros ignored.
In my eyes clear fraud, if the profit is not paid out but disappear into the pockets of the operator.

My fave gambling site

My fave gambling site! I started playing because a friend of mine told me to do so. I can't stop playing now. I like their games, as even if I'm a card games player I've got really hooked by Bingo and bubble horrors. I'm paying for my chips and pints with my Duelcash entries, so I freaking love them :P

I've played on Duel Cash for a month. I've won over $1,900. I have multiple pictures of all the games that I won. Now my account was blocked claiming Fraud. I did nothing! This website is a hoax and it seems that once you win, they won't pay you, EVER.

Scam???

Saturday (Dec. 11, 2021) when I opened the site my auto-sign in failed to work. I then tried to Login, but was told that I had the "wrong credentials". Then I went to register and tried to sign in and was told my info "already existed". So my "credentials" are correct. I tried to "contact" (customer service) them, but the site wouldn't allow the post to go thru! The weird thing is I haven't really won anything on the site, so I guess they blocked me because I wasn't spending any money on the site. Go figure! PS: They also stopped my daily emails about their latest deals.

Very disappointed

I was playing on this site for about a week. Because I was a player of royal games I knew two games to play on their site. I won some money and withdrew a small amount of money every few days. I received two payments and waiting for another 3 or 4. So this morning I woke up to an email from Paypal. Duelcash paid me back my deposits. I logged in to duelcash and my account got banned for fraud. They say to mail to fraud at duelcash.com for more information, but those emails come back to me saying the address doesn't exist. So i guess I'm not recommending this site. I'm no fraud and they just banned with no reason. No way to contact them either.

Scammer

This site is trying to lure people in to steal their information and they spam players on other game sites using hijacked user accounts. Very unethical. STAY AWAY!!! The operator of this site has attempted to review his own site and positive reviews are probably not legitimate, just more unethical behavior.

I played for 5 months, and won several hundred dollars. But when I tried to withdraw some of my winnings, I never got a dime. And when I asked DuelCash about it, they closed my account - still without giving me my winnings.

Follow up from my previous review-it…

Follow up from my previous review-it has been 3 days since my last review and it's confirmed this site is a scam. I had been on the site to close to 3 months never had an issue-they took my money for their service and it was great. The minute I requested a 700 dollar withdrawal my account was immediately closed. For the last 3 days I have sent over a hundred emails to support@duelcash and fraud@duelcash with no response. You know if you have been on the site support usually responds immediately. So the moral to this story is if you are not playing for real money 20, 30 , 50 dollars this site is for you-you might even recieve your withdrawal request. BUT IF YOU ARE A REAL MONEY PLAYER THIS IS NOT THE SITE FOR YOU-YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY. At the time of this review they are holding about 1200 dollars in my account I will never see!!!! So moral of story proceed with CAUTION!!!! GREAT GAMES JUST A SHAME NOT LEGIT!!! I'm moving on so good luck.......

Major let down by Dishonest practices

The true rating for this website is 1.5 stars based on a critical review! this is more of a WARNING to anyone that wishes to sign up to this site, you may be enticed by the generous bonuses they offer with quality games developed each month makes for a promising website which is sadly marred by deceptive tactics.

How do they get their customers?
Well, they don't advertise as to conceal identity. Such practices include the use of 'hacking' into various gaming websites and befriending players with messages about duelcash incentives, flooding review sites with positive responses…

They have good reviews on trust pilot doesn’t this count?
Many people rely on trust pilot to get a real perception of joining a website before signing up. Duelcash uses spammers to populate realistic reviews and rating about the site, these are quickly moderated and removed. Duelcash needs to grasp ratings and reputations is 'earned' based on true experiences with the site not ‘paid’ for to spam trust pilot to manipulate perceptions! Duelcash needs to take a genuine approach to building its own reputation and own all positive and negative responses

Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions need to be more comprehensive not generalised as this allows leeway for exceptions not being covered. Furthermore, there is no address or contact details in it so a lot of liability is exposed

But they pay out to customers, why are there complaints?
This is true! and is usually within 3 days but be pre forewarned this is ONLY to a small measure of people to inspire legitimacy and these are generally small amounts as bigger wins will get you into trouble often requesting ID which is a standard practice for many sites but however after verification you may never see your funds. Basically if you are a player that puts in more than you win then you are likely to experience few issues, if you get your account verified it will be because you have requested a small withdrawal

They have a Facebook page and twitter etc?
This is a good indicator giving peace of mind that you can interact with them in more ways than one however no one administers these pages or responds to them so here it’s a piece of decoration to appease positive perception.

They make new games every month, they must be doing a good thing?
New games will always attract customer, games at duelcash are developed by third party companies which they pay for by them. On the plus side they rarely crash or give problems. In this respect they to get a 4 stars here

Response time to queries
The responses to customers queries are handles quite swiftly and seem very friendly until you start questioning your withdrawals, let down by dishonesty when questioning withdrawals here gets a 2 stars

Site design
Amazing front page! unfortunately, many of the links don't work and email communications portal is ineffective. The registration counter of how many users have registered each day please be advised that this is a random number pre generated to aspire perception, the actual number of registrations here are much lower than this!

Is this site a scam or genuine?
I am just one person talking about my experience from this site, personally I wouldn’t trust it as I have had issues getting my first withdrawal and they still have not processed it after constantly writing to them to get the same response ‘You will receive news about the status of your account as soon as possible’ nothing happens so I have effectively given up just logging in periodically, I have actually moved on from it and don’t play there anymore, so as to answer the question would give a slightly inconclusive answer as some get paid and other don’t. This is the first gaming site out of 5 I normally play on that I have had issues with playing normally. Potentially a bit of a scam I think

Shady business practices and doesn't adhere to written laws.

One-Liner: Suspect site which doesn't follow data protection laws and harvests user IDs.

General summary: Start-up site which went public from June 2021. Staff are based in Venezuela, but claim to operate from California. The Terms of Service also identifies headquarters as a residential address in Amsterdam. None of these locations have a published phone number.

Duelcash not comply with EU GDPR law, which they are legally bound to as they're requesting and handling EU citizens' data and identity documents. Currency is also offering in EU and GBP which shows intent to offer services to these regions.

When asked about EU GDPR, they stated "We comply with all the laws".

After playing on the site since it became public (June) and making a few small withdrawals, I was blocked, apparently for "Fraud", with a note to contact "fraud[at]duelcash.com". The e-mail address doesn't exist and bounces back. The same happens to "admin[at]duelcash.com" which is mentioned in the TOS/Privacy policy. The only valid recipient is support[at]duelcash.com which they don't respond on.

Overall, very shady business practices which is likely a cover to harvest ID documents.

Full Story:

I used the site daily and was doing well, winning some prizes and was able to make a few withdrawals via Paypal. Things seemed promising, however they asked for some ID to verify identity (A valid request under 'Know-Your-Customer' rules). I complied and passed validation. After one more withdrawal, I was asked again for ID, along with a picture of my face and a utility bill. I was hesitant about this and provided the ID aspect with watermarks to protect the document integrity.

The next day when I tried to log in, a message popped up - "User blocked for fraud. Please contact fraud[at]duelcash.com for more information". Naturally, I e-mailed this and was surprised to receive a bounceback. I checked the TOS/Privacy Policy and found another two addresses - admin[at]duelcash.com and support[at]duelcash.com - I e-mailed both of these and got a bounceback for admin.

A little digging into the mail configuration for the domain shows they have no SPF/DKIM or DMARC for
the duelcash.com domain, so no intent on ever mailing out. It seems like a scam where they go silent after blocking a user. They don't even respond on the 'Contact' form at the bottom of the homepage.

The site has a facebook page, that nobody responds to messages on.
I tried contacting the site owner, via publicly accessible information to no avail.

I spoke with a few of the other people who left reviews and it seems this is their typical tactic.

1. Steal players from other sites by claiming affiliation and a 'bonus' when signing up to Duelcash.
2. Pay a few small withdrawals to inspire legitimacy.
3. Request enough ID documentation to steal identity.
4. Once obtained, block the user and go silent, hoping they give up and vanish, while they still have the ID documents.

When the site was new, the founder tried posting some fake positive reviews on Trustpilot, however these were quickly moderated and taken down. It seems they're up to the same old tricks again with the recent surge of 'positive' reviews.
