The price and range is outstanding if you are into Arabian and niche middle eastern frags .Watch out for the discount offers which reduce prices further , very helpful staff when there is an issue resolved quickly , box was well packed with what I ordered .The main thing is they have an excellent range arrives on time and will send samples .

Really great experience with this company. My order arrived quickly and I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was packaged and protected. You can tell they put care into what they do.

Amazing shop for brands that are not available in UK! The delivery takes about two weeks but always worth waiting. They have 5 ml samples to buy for everything so you try a lot of fragrances!

Terrible customer service.
They would rather cancel your order than take a minute to correct two simple details. After a 30-minute WhatsApp conversation, they claimed they had too many orders to make any changes – even though those changes were necessary to fulfill the order. They also ignore emails completely. I do not recommend this store.

Perfume was shipped after 5 days, arrived after 2 weeks what is absolutely ok from another country. The Perfume had good packaging and was absolutely amazing for a cheap price! Perfect!! 👍

I ordered two decants from them. Both having broken atomizers. That should have been my warning to not buy from them ever again but i really liked the smell of one of the decants and they were the only one selling it so against my better judgement i ordered a full bottle. Surprize, Surprize!! atomizer again nonfunctional so i had to transfer it to another bottle but here is the thing the parfum bottle was advertised as being 70 ml and i transferred the full content in a 50 ml bottle and i still didn't fill it so basically there was only 40ml of parfum. Not the mention the box of the fragrance looked scuffed and dirty like someone played football with it so if you wanted to gift it you would have made a fool of yourself.

I'm updating my review from one star, as my parcel was safely delivered (12 days later). However, as per initial review below, I never got any response from customer service. That would make me think twice before ordering again incase there was a problem with the order.

Zero customer service here. They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number the day after ordering. However, that was 9 days ago and there's no sign of RM receiving it yet. There's no tracking prior to that. Okay, the company may have available tracking their end, but I have now sent 2 emails asking if/when this shipped. Absolute silence from them. ZERO, ZILCH, NADA response. I'll give it a few more days before contacting my payment provider for a refund.

Great prices, fast shipping, discount codes plus they sent me a few free samples with my recent order . I've ordered twice from them. Apart from both orders taking 1-2 weeks just to ship, the first order missed multiple items, only one of which was refunded after some effort.

I gave them a second chance and boy do I regret it. Package was never delivered, despite the tracking being marked as "delivered." Under EU law the seller is responsible for goods up until the point it is handed over to the recipient (which didn't happen ). This is a fact. Customer service were unbelievably arrogant and uninformed. I've never experienced customer service this bad. The person replying was incapable of comprehending my emails and had a truly shocking attitude.

I will likely have to do a chargeback through my bank.

Stay away from this company - they are incredibly unprofessional, and unaware of EU law. Save yourself the hassle.

The package got lost. Hermes wanted me to sign a letter that I did not receive the package. They assured me that Dubaicollection will take care of reinstating me.

When I contacted them, they responded really arrogant and not interested in solving the matter for their customer. Even though they responded I have never ever encountered a company that was handling the contact to their customers as bad as they did. I am highly unsatisfied. They took the money and I did not receive a package nor a recompensation at all. I would advice everyone to stay away from this shop, to me they are a scam.

The positive: Everything arrived without any damage. Out of 9 fragrances I ordered I really like 8. Both clones and original creations are great. The 1 I don't like is on me, I had no idea about what it is, threw it in the basket anyways.

The negative: Shipping was slow, took a week to get it shipped, and another 3 (work)days to get it delivered.

I was very unsure if i should order from this website based on the comments but my order arrived with no issues.

Order took very long before it was shipped. I had to asked after days it it was getting shipped... Also I bought a parfum on pictures and description 100ML. I received 75ML so not a reliable seller, did asked about it but no response.

Order incomplete 5 samples missing & perfume bottle missing. The order was around 100 euros and 43 euro is missing. No respond from them via whatsapp & email. It's a bummer because they offer great samples & prices. This was my second time ordering. With the first order everything went alright
