I visited the DStore to treat myself to a new Arai helmet, Dainese boots, RST gloves and an RST race suit . The service I received was second to none and was never rushed. Bell Visor Pinlock issue & fix.
Bought a Bell Star Summit on-line. Had issues with the Pinlock not fitting or sealing. Got on the phone & talked to Simon Barry who supported me thru all the process.
He dealt with Bell UK who remedied the issue wonderfully. A Big shout out for Simon & thank you Bell for the prompt fix to the problem.BTW love the Bell.

Pleasure to deal with and highly recommended. There was a minor issue related to the picking and dispatch of my order which resulted in me initially being sent the wrong colour boots. I appreciate these things happen and all credit to the staff in Manchester as they dealt with problem quickly and professionally but importantly they were also really friendly and made every effort to minimise my inconvenience.

I visited D-store Manchester with my AGV Sport Modular helmet which had sadly developed a leak around the visor area. The response was excellect. A technician inspected the helmet, noticed an issue and completed a repair. Very professional, all completed in 30 minutes. Excellent service, many thanks.
