I purchased some boots online. My payment registered as potentially fraudulent so they correctly contacted me for verification. After initial contact, I asked them to progress with the transaction but no further response. I tried to contact again but nothing heard. I’ve had 3 reminders to grade their service so here it is. Not great online support. Maybe it’s better in store

I’ve been buying Dainese from these guys pretty much since I’ve been riding (& that’s been longer than I care to remember now) and they’ve always delivered knowledgable, friendly advice and efficient service. I’ve only ever had superb experience with my Dainese gear, it’s never let me down and it’s been worn, hard!

Spoke to the shop before ordered, well informed staff member was able to discuss the sizing and fit of Dainese Seeker boots (needed to size up over my lighter Fulcrum boots which are good but not heavy duty) quick delivery, and fit fine, good experience.

Called the shop, you had the boots in stock, I had my card ready, I was then told I could not buy them, I had to go online to buy them, that's rubbish,!!
