so far I have gotten almost all the answers I needed, the reason why I rate 4 is because some answers guided me to a tutorial instead of helping me direclty and I wish I couldchat more as I new member, when you are new, you have a lot of questions and sometimes we make mistakes that could cause trouble like ebay policies

it is a good monitor. I like the number of the suppliers they support. It allows to have a good start in dropshipping. Also I thank dsm support for helping me with all that first steps, be patient with me, and helping me to learn many new information.

Great tool, helped me expand my ROI 15x, due to the amazing automation it provides, as for reviews with complains, its normal each software of that type struggle from the same type of issues but difference with DSM is they have awesome customer support and issues gets resolved ASAP.

I am working with DSM tool for more than 1 year and will use it further. It is the best option not for the beginners only, but for experienced dropshippers.
A lot of complaints on the bugs and issues in the reviews, but if you checked out other existing software's on the market it is still much less issues in DSM
They provide FREE courses for the beginners and other competitors are asking money it for. So if you are on the start right now you know where you can start your way as a making-money dropshipper

I used dsm tool for 6 months and at first it worked ok, but as i started to scale up my ebay store i noticed lots of bugs.
I decided after 3 months that i would upgrade my subscription to business plan and boy what a mistake that was. I wanted this plan specifically for auto order software, it never worked for the 3 months i had it and neither did the tracking conversion, which cost me lots of time and money. It was only when i found autods software that i realised how poorly run dsmtool is.
On my final subscription to dsmtool for business plan, within the 72 hour refund period, i asked for a refund as none of their software was working.
I thought this request for refund was valid as none of the software i needed was delivered to me. I would of been happy even with a part refund. Dsm tool refused, and so did paypal.
Dsmtool is overall a crappy piece of software and this is the reason why it's the cheapest on the market..
Please Dont waste your time.

prices were not being updated causing me to have sells but not being able to make the purchase since the price had increased. I spoke with several of the people (they only have chat for contact) and said they would contact their tech department for a refund if it was their fault. Very unprofessional customer service.

Honestly it's the most unprofessional team I have every faced, they have no idea what they are doing they only care about the money, so their costumers are not their priority. Not recommended at all!

This is not only the worst tool you can get for dropshipping (it does not work at all, basically and scam) but also customer service is very unprofessional and unethical, beware with their plans the webpage in intentionally tailored to be deceitful and get you to sign for a one year plan, any other tool is better than this.
