Third time ordering and I love the products. Can’t fault them at all. Everything has been perfect. Just wish it was cheaper hahaha

I have been a long time customer of Dr Sam Bunting’s skincare range. I find the products straightforward with evidence based ingredients and easy to understand routines. I am like how the packaging has reduced in size over time so that the products are protected but not rattling around in oversized boxes, delivery is always super fast, and often within 24 hrs.
Customer service is always prompt and friendly. I am a customer for life.

Excellent service, and great products. Have been using the subscription service for a while now and would recommend. Easy to postpone orders if needed, and to bring forward if you run out early.

The skin finder option makes the selection of products easy. This options offers clear concise information and guidance on skin issues, best product for skin type and use of product as part of a daily routine.

Lovely, gentle yet effective skincare for my dry, sensitive eczema prone skin. I’m so glad I can now treat pigmentation and skin texture without worrying about breaking my skin barrier and causing issues.

Love the quiz on the website which makes selecting products easy. Aldo great that there is advice on how to use each product and in what order. Takes the guessing out of skincare! I trust Dr Sam’s formulations and choice of key ingredients. Delivery was fast, well packaged and customer service great.

I suffer terribly with my rosacea when my acne flares up during hormonal time. Since using the cleaner for around 2 months now as directed & the neutralising gel twice a day my face has improved massively, even more so I have felt confident to try/switch to both your moisturiser and nightly serum as normally anything new triggers my face. I am now just left with the redness from scarring & the odd small spot that appears when it’s my menstrual time. I can’t recommend enough.

I received a text and email to remind me that my subscription was due and I was able to go into my account and change my renewal to a more suitable date very easily.
I had to message customer services about an issue and they came back to me quickly, very efficient.

I have used the products for several months and my hormonal acne had disappeared. My skin has been soft and smooth and I honestly got lots of compliments from people. Not until I have tried the neutralising gel, my skin barrier was ruined. I have emailed the customer service team regarding my concern. I have informed them everything negative I have encountered with the products. At the end, they listened to me and gave me advise. As I have to stopped re-using Dr. Sam due to irritation on my skin. The team has sent me refund for all the purchases made. Outstanding customer service from this company. Thank you and Well Done.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had some issues with my rewards tier and reported it back to the team. The team contacted me back few times with very detailed responses and I felt that someone was really looking into the problem. A great company is not the one that will never have things go wrong; but the one that handles it with such grace that the customer feels valued. Thank you Team!

Website is easy to navigate which makes ordering something quick or choosing between similar products simple. I also like the customer reviews as they display before and after pictures and the products they used. The routine finder was great for me aswel and it was simple and quick unlike so many online.
Shame some of the lower volumes of products were out of stock so I had to purchase a bigger bottles, normally fine but I'm new to your brand so just trying things out but to be honest would have preferred purchasing small bottles first couple of times.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Once you have an idea of what suits you and how often you need it the subscription is a good idea.

Amazing products which I saw a difference with in the first couple of days of using with my skin becoming less angry and inflamed! I had to send back one of the products because it didn’t agree with my skin, the customer services team couldn’t have been more prompt and helpful. The return was arranged within hours and I had a refund almost immediately once they’d received the product back! I can’t recommend these products more for people who have sensitive skin, blocked pores!

Don’t want to speak too soon, but I am already on the 3rd day of using the cleanser, neutralising gel and light moisturiser from Dr Sam and I can see already massive improvements on my skin.

I had a very bad breakout on the left side of my face (probably due of a collagene mask I did back in the month) and it clear out straight away after applying the gel and washing my face with the cleanser. Absolutely gorgeous products and so so delicate.

I never leave reviews usually, but Dr Sam really did this right. Thank you so much guys for everything you do! You do really make us feel beautiful <3

I highly recommend Dr. Sam's products. They are perfect for my mixed-sensitive skin. They also have an outstanding support service. Overall, it is a great company that genuinely cares about its customers.
