I ordered the 1/4 zip fleece in grey in October, however my order never arrived. I got in contact with Drmers Club and Stephen was very helpful, eventually he heard from the courier that the parcel had been lost unfortunately. Stephen was happy to send out another 1/4 zip fleece and it arrived yesterday, in perfect condition. I love it thank you so much ❤️

I visited vancouver recently and bought from their in person store, it was a great experience and all the staff were so nice; so I decided to try buying online and its also such a great experience. Since im from the US i have to wait a little bit to get my items, but theyre always in good condition and high quality. Love this brand

I really appreciate this brand. I bought their essential boxy zipper jacket and my zippers fell off and they replaced it with no hesitation and were so quick to resolving it. Stephen was incredible and it’s nice to see a brand not only take their clothing brand seriously- but also their customer service.

Purchased a hoodie that I seen on an artist that I listen to. Great quality and such a pretty color! Sizing is unisex, I got a M for an oversized look. Received compliments on the color(baby blue). Communication via email was good. Will def make more future purchases. Processing and shipping was ~week to NY

Literally got like 5 compliments first time wearing them. The fit and feel are great. Might’ve found my new favorite clothing brand.

Everything I bought fit and sat on the body exactly how it was shown in the pictures! Even though I’m taller than the female model there’s lots of extra length in the legs (thank you from the tall girl community!), so I was able to shop for an oversized look, which for me was a medium, without having to size up to a large just for leg length. When I go shopping and have to size up for leg length I always find that I end up drowning in the clothes so I really appreciate the extra length because you can always take fabric away but you can’t really add fabric.

Stephen went out of his way to assure me that I would receive my order despite website related issues.

I placed an order for a pair of trousers to be shipped to an FPO, Armed Pacific address. Stephen expressed his concerns and informed me that although they had fpo, ap addresses listed they unfortunately do not ship here. I was forced to use my off-base address in Japan and he covered my shipping cost! I was positive it would be expensive if we had to go this route and he took care of everything. The package arrived fast too, thanks again Stephen!

only downside is that you can't return anything if your from EU. They could have made that more clear.

I ordered an item from these guys. The first order was great but a button was missing. The team was fast to erect the issue. And I mean fast, I emailed them and not even an hour later had they sorted the issue for me. Top notch. I was that impressed and I ordered another item. It was FAST on the dispatch time, I think it was less than 24 hours to get it dispatched and it's already with Evri which is amazing.
The first order I got was the red boxy shirt sleeve over shirt.
