I had trouble getting all that I thought I had ordered. Finally today we go everything right. Thanks to you drivse team. I had one of these units some time ago and the handle split or cracked. It was by far the best shower head that I had used so I thought I would give it a try again. Thanks for helping me get every thing done.

I love my showerhead!
I love my showerhead and all the different settings that it has. I put it in a walk-in tub so that it will help me keep it clean as well as keeping myself clean. The pressure is perfect on all settings.

A life saver !
I love my new shower head and faucet filters. I developed severe eczema over the fall and all of the meds I was prescribed weren't helping. Changing out my shower head was my last resort. I've only had it up for 3 weeks and it cleared it up completely !! What a life saver !!

I didn’t expect anything dramatic but…
I didn’t expect anything dramatic but over time I noticed little improvements. My scalp is calmer and my skin doesn’t itch after hot showers anymore. Even my hair feels smoother when it dries. Those small changes add up.

Fast, easy, effective…
The shower heads arrived really fast and I installed them both very easily... The power is great and the options for spray type are much better than I had before! Very happy and would definitely recommend.

The quality of the device is far superior to Delta & Moen
The quality of the device is far superior to the Moen & Delta plastic handhelds that crack and leak and need to be replaced too frequently. The filter also helps remove minerals from the well water. Definitely a step up in our handheld shower appliance.

When i received it was broken
When i received it was broken. It then proceeded to break even more so that it was unusable. I emailed several times with no response zero customer service. Will spread the word of how bad this company is.

showering just feels better
Honestly it just made showering feel nicer overall. The water spreads evenly and doesn’t feel harsh on my shoulders. My hair rinses faster too which i didnt expect. Simple change but worth it.

This company is a complete rip off
This company is a complete rip off. I bought two of their showerhead and both of them broke within just a couple of months. When I reported the first one they told me they would give me a refund, but they didn’t and when I reported the second one they said it wasn’t within 30 days of purchase so they wouldn’t give me a refund although the showerhead exploded and almost injured my grandchild in the face. This is a terrible product. It is sold by Temu, which should tell you something and I would recommend people not waste their money this way. This company will never give you a refund. Don’t waste your time.

Original vs New
We had your original shower head, and we lost one the first week we had it, my husband dropped it and it broke, but we had the second one that worked marvelously. Recently I noticed a hairline crack in it, so I ordered a new one and it was your updated model. I really prefer it over the older one. It works great.

I would give zero stars but…
I would give zero stars but not an option. Customer service is terrible to respond. The shower head is not compatible with my shower unless I hire a plumber. The cartridges are very expensive and somehow I signed up for auto fill. I tried to cancel the subscription but they sent and charged me anyway. Doubt I will be able to return. Chalking up a 200$ plus loss. The shower heads feel very cheap and junkie. I would not recommend.
