I have never opened the package

I have never opened the package. My apartment complex will not allow me to alter the shower head.
There is not a phone number to call and your drivse.com
says it is not valid when entered.

Please stop sending more items!

Shower head is the strongest I've had

Shower head is the strongest I've had . But after 4 months it developed pinhole leaks that were annoying.

Just wow 🤩!

Ok, at first I had a few trouble with my order submission. But the customer service team was phenomenal. Even though they have lots of people who are getting their attention ( questions, tracking or other), they were pretty quick to respond to my dilemma and very helpful. Can’t wait for my order to arrive now!

shower head

As this is purchase was a replacement of my original shower head that developed a crack in the handle and sprayed water everywhere the new one doesn't have the same pressure and nowhere as good as the original purchased. Also in one of the settings the spray is not consistent and has leaks, sprays water in totally wrong direction. Love to receive a replacement. Disappointing to say the least.

I am up in age 70's and must take less…

I am up in age 70's and must take less showers than in my Youth. This shower head is very awesome, going from each setting ending with the soft mist feels so awesome and my hair as well as my skin feels so soft and better ... I recommend this to all ages ... 👌 👏 👍 Thank you I appreciated your responce to filter ordering as I wanted to keep in stock Thank you

Do Not Buy This Product

This product boasted having high pressure and filtered water. All I got was what I only have to believe was filtered water. My pressure went down! I was charged for some filter program that I did not sign up for when I had already bought 6 filters upfront to avoid being on a "program". I was told there are no refunds for this dysfunctional product nor for the filter that was sent to me that I asked not to send when I received the notification it would be shipping! The customer service for this company is awful and I am saying it to whomever will listen to me! Know that every time I receive an email from you it is an INSULT that I will answer with this distain.
NOT SATISFIED does not even touch my disappointment. I fought to get this ordered within my household and defended it and said it would make a difference. The only difference is now my household laughed at me for buying it.
YOUR COMPANY SUCKS.

A must have

Love our new Drivse Ion Drops shower heads. My face doesn't feel tight after showering anymore. My hair is softer and shiner. I don't have to wash my hair as often either. The pressure is fantastic. I was sceptical before I got them, turned out to be a must have purchase. If you are sitting on the fence, just do it, you will not regret it. Thank you Drivse

I am revising my review.

After leaving a negative review, the company got back to me and offered a refund on the filters. After weeks of frustration, they should have done this at the beginning. I am revising my review as they did the right thing.
