I deeply regret having purchased this!
Wow! I just wasted at least half an hour on a chat with an embecyle, who just couldn't understand that their program wouldn't accept the Key they sent me. In fact, the Key might have been correct, but the enter field did not accept anything, neither typed in not copied & pasted. Instead he kept sending me pre-conseived messages about what all could cause this, including any major changes to my computer. Ha ha, I entered the key within half a minute after receiving it. Had no time to make any changes to my computer. I finally had enough and requested a refund of my payment. OK, they will, but it'll take 1 to 2 billing cycles... that's 1 to 2 months. Stay away from this BS company is my advice!

Installed this today & all updates had installation errors and nothing worked. I feel this is a scam.
I have requested a refund & cancellation of subscription but was told this will be organised in 24 to 48 hours ?
The refund will take two billing cycles ?
It’s 2022 not 1972.

one time only product or keep buying multiple
bought the product for 1-3 computers, worked for first fix and then never again. Worst part is I tried several times to get solution to my problem. Only thing I could do, company never answered, was buy another 1 year contract. So bought 2 yearly contracts.
But cannot use it again so company says buy another.
Goodbye driverfix, not nice knowing you

I tried it but unfortunately everything went wrong.
My PC couldn't change pages, it slowed down and then nothing worked. I had to reboot so I could uninstall it. Right after I did my PC came back to life.

License Key would not work on second PC. Chat with Jaime G. quickly resolved the problem by reactivating the License Key and the software then worked.

I've had an issue with licence key that…
I've had an issue with licence key that never arrived to my email.
When I contacted customer service it only took about 3 minutes for someone to contact me and then we resolved my licence key issue within next 10 minutes. Very helpful and quick service
