I like the software, but ...
I like the software. It's easy to navigate, and works.
What I don't like it that there's no way to access your account throught the website. I found myself auto-renewing through Paypal without any notification that they were going to do it. And when I went on the site, there is no Log-In to manage your account.
Fair play to Driverfix, I opened a chat window, and within 10 minutes my query was resolved, but I feel that we ought to be given a little more control.

UNFAIR CLAIMS
I assumed wrongly it appears that if I paid this company they would as they claim "fix" my drivers WRONG I now get an miissive from this company that some of my drivers need fixing . I want my money back but I somehow doubt that this will happen. We shall see and I will happily update this review if the refund is done immediately.

Paid for one year subscription
Paid for one year subscruption but 2 weeks later informed that my subscription needed to be upgraded. Worse yet, none of the updates would install, even tried manually. Sent messages to them, no response. A scam.
