Ordered a part and hasn’t arrived, I tried contacting and no response tried multiple times and nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COST - SCAM

Genuine parts at great prices.
Can’t understand the bad reviews, they have a solid 98% positive feedback on eBay, but a low rating here.
I sometimes wonder if competing companies anonymously give bad reviews to try and damage their competitors. Who knows 🤷‍♂️. Anyway, I had a great experience with Driven 2 Automotive 👍

Part Failed and won't stand by their warranty. They just fob you off with emails, there is no phone number to contact them. Beware and Avoid at all costs, despite what they say on their own web-site or ebay.
They have no knowledge of what they are selling and their aftercare, well their isn't any.

Good communication well informed ordered elsewhere 3 times only to be fobbed off with various excuses but this company delivered in 4 days and a day early so we'll pleased

Avoid at all costs. This company threatened me with legal action, accused me of chargeback fraud, contacted fraud authorities and treated me like a criminal.

They failed to send me an item via next day delivery as I paid for this, and it instead arrived around 4 days after their dispatch email. I contacted them during this time and they said there was a 5 day handling time which was nowhere to be seen when purchasing. I saw other customers reviews with similar issues so I contacted my bank as I believed I was dealing with a phony company.

I asked the company for a refund of the extra shipping charges I paid for which was refused.

They sent me multiple emails threatening me with legal action for the chargeback the bank raised, contacted fraud agencies, accused me of fraud, and made up a scenario about the outcome of legal action. I had already contacted my bank to close the dispute when the items were eventually received.

If you want to be treated like a criminal, then buy from this company.

Ordered denso spark plugs and received them in three days. All good. Would buy from the company again.

Ordered a heater matrix and arrived 3 days later. Stated on website that it was 2 day dispatch and 24 Royal Mail so no complaints. I got a tracking number when despatched. Great price on part would use again

Scam. Ordered a vacuum check valve through eBay. Nothing after 5 working days despite it being advertised as 48hr courier.

When I messaged them, they said they had no stock and I'd need to either wait longer or cancel. I asked to cancel and got no response.

Raised an item not received case on eBay, then the seller marked it as dispatched again, this time a single NGK spark plug arrived. I refused the delivery to return to sender.

I don't know what their crack is here. In any case, I ordered the part I needed from Autodoc in Germany which arrived before this spark plug.

Avoid at all costs, they're clearly running some sort of scam.

I ordered a couple of spare headlight bulbs from them, which seemed to be a good price, and paid for them via PayPal. I was emailed to say they'd shipped my order on 8th April, supposedly by the Royal Mail 48 service but wasn't given a tracking number. A week later, like so many other people have reported, I realised that the order hadn't arrived. , so I contacted them via their website but got no response. So now I'm having to try to get a refund via PayPal.

This service falls way short of my expectations.

I still ended up out of pocket for an appalling service.

Ordered some spark plugs with 24hr delivery. They weren't delivered until 2 days later and to the wrong address. No idea where they ended up and company refused to help resolve the issue.
Avoid use if possible.

Ordered maf didn't arrive. Lost in the post apparently so sent another. Received and failed within 4km putting van into limp mode on a busy road.
Sent back although told if used I would have to claim off manufacturer on warranty...wrong! Sent back as not fit for purpose under 2015 consumer act.
Still waiting on refund and will start claims procedures. Security tape on top of original so probably been returned before.
Bought another from a more reputable company and no problem.
DON'T USE!

I previously ordered an adaptor from these through Ebay. I'd messaged the seller before buying the product to make sure that it worked for what I needed to power, I was told yes. After trying the product out I realised it was smoking and wasn't powering the item I wanted it to. I've recently messaged them asking for a refund but I've been ignored.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. Pure SCAM. 48 hour order arrived 72 hours later. Refused to compensate posting cost which I have paid specific 48 hour tracked. Send the item back , no refund , emailed then numerous times , they still dragging to refund even parcel was delivered back to them in 48 hours .

Looks like I am just like a fair few on here that look to have been scammed . I ordered 3 spark plugs and received a receipt e mailed advising package sent via Royal Mail 48 ..no tracking ref and still after a week ..nothing. I have tried to contact them 3 times now and nothing . AVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! UPDATE##
After five days finally got an email reply apologising for the delay and they asked me for details name address etc. Then 24 hours later a package arrived at my door containing my spark plugs. Now communication is the key factor here as Royal Mail could have dropped the ball on this situation. BUT without a tracking reference and any decent form of direct communication you start to get a bit pissed off. A word of advice to this company..the customer is king and if you want to improve grow or stay in business you need to invest in either live chat or a telephony system. Don't think about it DO IT FFS. That said you have redeemed yourselves so I will upgrade the star rating.

Poor comms, no updates, don't reply to emails at all, money lost

Ordered a part on 7th Sept. got an email saying the part was dispatched - never recieved it - several emails and attempts to contact them met with zero responce - I do not believe the positive reviews on here as it appears to be a scam site with only a PO box and no phone number - order from this site at your peril....UPDATE they eventually got back to me and I now have a full refund..

Totally a scam, beware! Buying from eBay but received nothing even no tracking number, no one answered my question for days

Spot on service emailed then for stock enquiry replied within minutes delivered with in 2 days
