We had to make an appointment to visit the site, not surprising as it’s not very big. We arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of cars to look round. No pressure sales, just unlocked... See more

Dreadful service.
Dreadful service.
Very disappointed, after putting down a deposit I picked up the car 2 weeks later.
When I picked it up as agreed, it wasn't even clean inside, I had to ask them to clean it.
It was then that I discovered a tear to the inside roof, that they didn't even mention, or show on any pictures/advert details, but worse still the INSIDE of the windscreen has 8 deep scratch lines so bad your fingernail gets stuck in, which they also didn't mention, they said it must have been garden machinery but also not mentioned.
It's that bad I'm going to have to get the windscreen replaced.
Their resolution is for me to hand back the car and refund me. This is not an option as I live 98 miles away.
At the time of all this, the sales man threw in a 'free' charger, so they obviously knew it wasn't good service.
The charger does not solve the windscreen and I'm waiting for the manager to contact me. I seriously wouldn't have bought the car but it's too late now. The only option is for them to pay for a new windscreen. Very disappointed.
I've now had a reply to say they are referring me to their legal team, and not repacing the windscreen, meaning they have washed their hands of this.all I asked for was the windscreen to be replaced, as it's damaged, I'm not after any discount or cash even though it's not as described.i work in customer service and this is not what i would expect. The sales man ed didn't like the fact I questioned why they are closed wed and was very off with me. I gave them 5 days to phone me but they didn't want to know hence the review, which is a real shame, I hope they can learn from this and when the car isn't as described they correct the issues.had I known it was damaged I would not have bought the car and it should have been advertised correctly and priced accordingly.such a shame drive green
I do not normally write reviews
I do not normally write reviews. Drive-Green, please sort your communication issues out, as I understand the frustration of the previous review but in their defence they had more sales in one day then in a week and Ben who by the way blow me out of the water with his knowledge and expertise was away sick so I have given them some slack. As for the BMW i3 I received, it was AMAZING. I can not tell you how much I love the car, for a secondhand car it turned up looking and feeling like new. VERY PLEASED
The service here is absolutely awful
The service here is absolutely awful. I dealt with "Ed" who was unable to return calls, dodged all communications and this was to try and buy a car from them! I absolutely would say to go elsewhere. It's sad to see that they've had good ratings in the past but my experience is totally the opposite.
Great service from the first phone call to the keys…
Great service, from the first phone call to the keys hand over, Drive Green are a lovely company and you can clearly tell they are a team. Ben was my sales person. We hit it off from the start. He had a really lovely persona and was professional and helpful the entire time.
They where very knowledgable and offered me a great part exchange for my, Cough cough, Diesel car.
Highly Recomended and I/m glad to say the MG ZS EV made it all the way back to London on the 115 mile trip!
The trip there was lovely and the trip back only slightly scary due to the fact that the car wasn’t quite charged fully. I made it back in one piece and forgive them that minor hiccup due to the totally positive buying experience. A lovely bunch. Thanks.
Perfect, professional EV sales
At every stage of our second-hand EV purchase from Drive Green we were in the hands of people who knew what they were talking about and are passionate about sharing their knowledge. The whole experience of buying a Zoe has been a joy, especially as this is our first EV. Drive Green are honest and genuinely helpful. Their ‘hand-over’ videos on YouTube are easy to follow and valuable to newbies. Superb service from start to finish.
