Fine bracelet and fast delivery

Product is premium tear and great support from the Company for any issues.
Really worth to wear

This is by far one of the worst companies to deal with that i have ever seen.

First: The package was not even shipped during the time frame, so i asked for them to change the adress because i was moving they lied and said the package was already shipped i contacted the courier and they said they had not recieved any package a label was created but nothing was sent.

Second: They shipped it regardless to the adress where i moved from. I went there to pick up other orders and everything was there. I reached out to the courier because the company refused to and they also told me it’s not up to them to reship or refund it’s up to drippy!!! They refused to reach out to the courier how does that make sence ? they took my money didn’t give me a product and have done nothing about it. I lost 200$ i will be contacting my credit card company about this unreal seems like a scam doesn’t make sence how they refuse to reach out to the courier and open up an investigation.

Excellent service, great quality product, and I am thrilled with my purchase, down to business and didn't make one mistake from the consumer's point of view. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Very friendly and excellent customer communication. My moissanite ring arrived well packed and in a wonderful presentation bag and box. The shine on the ring is beyond perfection! I was also thrilled to find a beautiful chain necklace included as a gift. They truly went above and beyond, regardless of the price I paid for my ring.

Compared it to my old chain from a local store. no contest, Drippy shines harder under any light.

When I unboxed my Drippy moissanite studs, I couldnt believe how brilliant they looked. I even used a friends diamond tester as a joke, and they passed. we were all blown away. Its been a month of wearing them almost every day, and they still have that insane sparkle. Ive had cheaper pieces in the past that started dulling after a week, but not these. Props to Drippy for delivering legit quality that doesnt break the bank. Definitely setting my sights on a bracelet next.

I bought a bracelet for me and my friend. Mine broke in two weeks and the “warranty” doesn’t apply to it. And my friends bracelet faded from gold to bronze and made her wrist green. Drippy is such bad quality and overpriced. Also the costumer service is useless.

The customer service and contact with Drippy is excellent. I’ve recently bought the rope 3mm chain, franco chain and rope bracelet 3mm. They are a perfect fit and an nice add to my collection. I’m very satisfied with the quality of these items! Favourite store from now on!

I ordered an item and it never arrived, I sent an email asking why the item wasn't moving and their response was to contact the shipping company so I did and the shipping company replied that they had the shipping label ordered but they never received the item that was supposed to be sent. So at the end I had to make a complain to the method I used to pay for the item so they didn't release the payment and after that Drippy was offering me store credit as a refund which I declined. I think the customer service was poor and the fact that they just didn't handle the item to the shipping company was careless and if I didn't contact the shipping company I would have lost more time and my money.
