I ordered a custom letter pendant and was a little nervous because I’ve had bad experiences ordering jewelry online before. But the communication from this brand was on point from start to finish.

They confirmed my customization, kept me updated, and when it arrived the details were flawless. The polish is clean, the edges are sharp, and the size is perfect, not too big, not too small. You can tell they don’t rush production.

I ordered the 18K Gold Diamond Heart & Arrow Pendant as a gift and I was honestly nervous about how it would look in person. When it came in, I was relieved right away. The detail work is precise and the finish is smooth all around. It shipped within the time frame they gave me and tracking was accurate.

What sold me was the customer service. I had a sizing question about the 18K Gold Rope Bracelet and they responded quickly with actual helpful information, not copy-paste answers.

When it arrived, the bracelet had a strong weight to it and the gold tone looks rich in person. I’ve had cheaper bracelets before that faded or felt hollow, this is not that.

I grabbed the Diamond Fire Emoji Grillz and I can honestly say the quality surprised me. The fit process was easy, and they guided me through it so I didn’t mess anything up.

When they came in, the finish was clean and the shine is insane under light. I’ve worn them to two events already and people kept asking where I got them. They feel secure when I wear them and not uncomfortable at all.

This isn’t costume jewelry, it feels premium.

I do not usually leave reviews, but this one truly deserves it. I ordered the 18K Gold Diamond Cuban Link and Tennis Bracelet Set, and I was impressed from the moment I opened the box. The weight feels substantial and well made, not light or flimsy. The shine in natural light really stands out without looking excessive.

Shipping went smoothly, and I received tracking updates throughout the process. What impressed me most was the quality control. The clasp is secure, the finish is clean, and each stone is set properly. I have worn it almost every day for the past three weeks, and it still looks brand new.

Well I’ll start by saying I’m not a fake profile I’m from England and ordered the ‘gold’ rope chain, not knowing this was a Canadian website. But this item only took 9 days to come from first ordering.
And we all know it’s not real gold but it’s certainly very good replica.
No complaints from me after all it was only £34 and it looks as real as my ‘real gold’….i will see how long it lasts but like I say at first look it’s very decent for the price. Looks legit.

I am extremely disappointed with both your service and your customer support — it has been absolutely shocking. My birthday package was stolen, and as a first-time buyer, this is the outcome I’ve been left with. I waited 10 days with no updates beyond the tracking information from the 12th, which stated the parcel had been delivered to Bow Home Delivery. I received no further communication after that; Because of the long delay and lack of updates, I contacted customer service for assistance. It then took days to receive a response, only to be told that it was my responsibility to check the tracking link and emails — which I had already done. That is precisely why I reached out in the first place. When I asked for an update you replied on the same day. Once I asked for a refund or a replacement of my package all of a sudden you have “high volume emails”; so you have high volume emails when a customer asks for a refund but any other question you’re quick to respond. Absolutely terrible customer service. Instead of offering support or investigating the issue properly, I felt blamed as the customer. Being told “I’m here to help” while taking days to respond and shifting responsibility is unacceptable. As a first-time customer, this has left a terrible impression. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is disgraceful. Absolutely horrendous experience. Utterly shambolic.

This a scam. No real gold or silver. Not even for the product they say it is. DONT BUY HERE. They are a SCAM. Shop somewhere reputable.

I received a 12 mm necklace supposed to have been coated sterling silver over stainless steel, I really wanted not to look so dark like some stainless steel look.
I see that no returns accepted unless it’s damaged.
I will never buy from them again something that is not as described is terrible you can’t even exchange.
This are the companies that they get peoples money one time, but never will have repetitive customers.
I also received a package from a Hialeah address that has nothing to do with what they advertised this is a real scam.

Happy with my order. I selected standard shipping and it came within the time line but I should have selected express because I needed it fast. It's my fault not theirs but it did impact my experience.

I got two pieces one for myself and one for my girl and we both love them. I have a diamond tester at home so I can always test my jewelry (yes, I buy a lot of jewelry) and both pieces passed with flying colors. The shine is impressive, the quality is amazing too no signs of wear and tear after months. I don't know what else to say but you have to give them a try.

Got my son a custom chain for his birthday and he loves it so much. I going to get one for myself now so we can match. Daddy and Son drip will be epic.

The quality was impressive the pictures really don't do their items justice. Everything I bought looks amazing in person. I'm a little paranoid when buying online so I ask a lot of questions and their website chat was so helpful you get really quick and friendly replies. I will shop again for my son's bday.

I waited a month for my product. The timing was intentional, so I could deliver to a relative visiting. It took so long, I had to mail to my nephew, as I did not receive timely, Their excuse was it took time to create a custom piece. There was nothing custom about the product, nor was that stated on their site. I mailed to my nephew and he did not like, so he mailed back. I then noticed them I needed to return. It was in the original container and never worn. They refused the return because it was not within 24 days. I just barely missed that deadline. I would never order from them again. After waiting 30 days and then having a ridiculous timeline for a Christmas return. Be careful before you order from them!!!!

All fake, even lab diamonds are fake, dont pass the tester, bet the gold is fake too

I always have wanted custom jewelry but could never find anything good enough or in my price range. Not only do these guys have a huge selection of custom jewelry it's actually a reasonable price. Got my name on a pendant and I wear that thing everywhere, all day and it has stood the test of time. Ittook a me a long time to write this review because I wanted to make the quality lived up and it does.
