They take your money and dont send your perscription out, cant call them as number is inactive and they NEVER reply to emails, wish i read the reviews before purchasing. Dont buy from this company,

I have been with Dr Franks for over 12 months and it has turned into a disaster. Delays in supply erratically but the latest is the worst. They took payment 2 months ago and I am still waiting! All my emails are being ignored. I have asked for a refund but no joy.

This company is a scam, do not use just look at the reviews. They have taken money from my account and not supplied the medication. No one returns your emails, you get no support whatsoever. It Amazes me how a professor dr Franklin Joseph is putting his name to this con.

Almost 4 weeks late received my prescription how is that staying on track

Very poor service with no time frame of delivery or if the order is being processed, Email their enquiry was told on three occasions that I would receive the order in 72hours that was a month ago. Really poor and disappointing service

I ordered Mounjaro a month ago. I have sent emails and tried to call. Even had an online appointment. I’ve received no medication and no response at all. Given I set up a direct debit for monthly prescriptions, the next direct debit is due and I still haven’t had my first order. They were not so slow at taking my money however. £300

Order not sent, 5 emails ignored & ended up going through paypal to get a refund. Avoid at all costs!

STILL note received my order or refund.
Yet they continue to send out promotional emails to lure vulnerable customers in to pay less for their medication. They have zero intention of sending your meds out. They are thieves. My order was on the 9th April. It’s now the 17th May. My bank can’t get the money back and they won’t answer any of my complaint emails. Absolute scum.

I paid for 6 mounjaro pens in advance in a deal.
I have had 5 pens, sometime having to chase them for the delivery.
Came to pen 6 and I get a message that the order is cancelled due to payment being declined!!! I have paid in advance!!!!
Have tried to ring, text, call and message, and still no contact - fuming!!😡

Order placed, payment taken and my order has never been dispatched. Nobody ever answers any emails. The phone line either doesn’t work or nobody answers. Avoid this company at all costs. They may offer low prices but they take your money and run. A total disgrace!

Medication dose increase - money taken from my account and still waiting on my pen? I have contacted them with no luck . I would not use this company anymore as I have been left without my next dose and £244 out my account for nothing . I have cancelled my subscription

For two months Dr Franks has taken £186 but not delivered my prescription. I cannot get through on their phone line nor do they answer emails. I don’t know what to do. I have no idea how to get my money back.

Please please don’t use this company.
I don’t know how they’re still operating.

Ordered an item on the 9th April.
I received no communication after. The order never progressed and I emailed numerous times asking for updates, nothing.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed to cancel the order. Again, nothing.

I ended up going through my bank to get my money back.
Dr Franks then emailed me saying the order has been cancelled and I was declined my item. Which isn’t true. I wasn’t declined anything.

They then said I will get a refund but only when I cancel the dispute raised through my bank. I spoke to my bank about this and they said do NOT cancel the dispute.
As once this is cancelled, Dr Franks can keep the money as I have technically resulted the dispute.

It’s now the 16th May and I’m still waiting for my money back.
I’ve emailed 4 times. Nothing back.

Please don’t use them.
It’s just added stress you don’t need.
They are a scam of a company.

Still no reply from this sham of a company and still no refund.

Please don’t use them. They shouldn’t be operating still.

Another payment has just been taken from my account when I have not received the first pen. What kind of company is this? I have never had a reply to any of my emails ….. ever. Scammers.

APPAULING!This company is stealing money from people in the UK. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE DR FRANKS/ HOWELL MEDICAL GROUP. The phone number in Liverpool is bogus, they have moved head offices, the email for complaints is bogus...THE QUALITY CARE COMMISSION SAY THEY ARE NOT PERFORMING WELL.....THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR ORDER. Need to be closed down.

I have been with this pharmacy for more than a year, my last purchase was a 3 months Mounjaro injections. They sent me 2 and as for last month haven’t received anything. Emailed them 3 times but still nothing. Not sure if they are still working or not, had to buy my other pens from another company since April.

I recently paid for a 3 month subscription and whilst i received the first 2 months, the third month has not been received and when you try to contact them they ignore emails, no tel number and now have removed any knowledge of my orders from my account that i have with them. Sadly i had not read the reviews on her prior to ordering through them but it clearly looks like they are unscrupulous and not to be trusted, they would have a tel number to speak with someone as the service is appalling. I would avoid this company as best you can and i certainly shall not be ordering through them again. I am approaching my bank for a refund and claiming fraud for non fulfillment of an order.

Exit scamming. Not replying to emails. Not posting prescription. Removed telephone number and chat from website. YET STILL TAKING ORDERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND TAKING YOUR CASH. Raise a fraud case with your card provider.

Order not fulfilled. No replies to emails & unable to call as automated message on line says to email. Avoid at all cost. Company house states proposals to strike off company. Monies outstanding. Reported to card company to retrieve costs.
