Friendly service and kept me updated on my prescription process

Ordered week and a half ago. No communication, website down, portal doesn’t work, don’t respond to emails (or in fact sometimes the emails bounce which is baffling), calls to their number don’t work. Have had to go through my bank to get a refund as they clearly have no impetus to do anything other than take money and not fulfil orders. Avoid

Ordered weeks ago they took my money and never received my order. Very difficult to get hold of any never reply to emails sent. Very poor service. Would not recommend .

I was charged last month on 15th April for my subscription and after sending several e mails I never received my order. It never got as far as being subscribed so i contacted my bank for a refund. My subscription was due again on the 13th May, money was taken on the 13th and again no order. I emailed again, they then cancelled my order with no refund. So again I had to contact my bank to get my money back. E mails are the only way to contact them, customer service….. non existent…. AVOID…. It scares me to think how many people they are conning out of money each month !!!

Be warned! They will charge your account but not send the medication or answer emails. I am filing a claim with the small claims court today. This is a fraud and a scam.

Took my money unexpectedly then never sent medication. They threaten you with administration charges and NEVER reply to any emails. I am currently going through my bank to retrieve my money but have been left without any medication. Do not use this company!

Never had a problem before but now paid for monjaro 28th april and still waiting for purchase. All websites are down cant contact via email either. Howell medical group took payment but you cant even get hold of them.

Is anyone having issues with getting onto the site. When I click on drfranks.co.uk it says store is unavailable.

Ordered my medication on the 8th April, provided all the required information the same day, 7 days later no progress, contacted them over 10 times with no a single response, took £180 with no issues but never send the medication.
After over 2 weeks raised a dispute with my bank and no response. After 40 days I finally got a response asking me to cancel the dispute with the bank and they would take 10 working days to issue a refund. The worst customer service, had to get a refund from the bank AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dr Franks has not fulfilled my order which I paid for months ago. They insist I have a telephone consultation costing me £30 which I have done but they still haven't sent my prescription. They are not responding to my emails and their telephone is not accepting calls. I would urge you not to order from them.

Placed order 26 April and still not recieved it. I have emailed numerous times, been sent to orders, complaints and refunds and no one is getting back to me and after I have asked to cancel my subscription they are trying to charge me again this month and I haven’t had April pen

If I could have given Dr Frank’s weight loss Clinic no stars, I would have!! I ordered Mounjaro over three weeks ago they’ve taken £228.75 from my bank and not sent me the medication. I’ve sent them nine emails with no response. I’m appalled with their customer service and warn customers do not use Dr Franks weight loss services. It is a sham!!!

complete scam - 2 months' payment, no jabs and no response to three emails now - no phone number to call. I'm furious - I will now issue proceedings against them and call trading standards

Terrible - don't use this company. 3 months medication was ordered and paid for a month ago costing over £600. Nothing...zilch. In spite of sending emails (there is no telephone service!) I'm still waiting. Fortunately I used PayPal to pay for this and they will be refunding me. Please note that the Dr Frank's website no longer appears to exist....

Paid for order 18 days ago still waiting for product. No-one answers emails or the phone. Now becoming a regular occurance. Will not use again.

Did not receive prescription or any communication despite constant contact. Charged £171 and received nothing!

Thieves! Stole my money... and never sent the product!!!

Having previously praised this company despite the reviews I can now agree that they should be avoided at all costs.
Ordered and paid for medication 3 weeks ago and, despite emailing them 5 times for an update, I have been completely ignored.
Luckily I use PayPal whenever possible as they offer some guarantees so have had to open a claim against the company to hopefully get a refund.
