Delivery delays, poor communication and no help
I ordered wedding shoes from Tradeinn and relied on the delivery date shown at the time of purchase. The shoes were explicitly shown as available when I placed the order, and the expected delivery date was even confirmed in the order confirmation.
Nevertheless, the delivery date was postponed several times, and even after almost three weeks the shoes had not even left the warehouse.
After several follow-ups, it turned out that several of the sizes I had ordered were in fact not available or not in stock with the supplier. I had deliberately ordered multiple sizes so I could try them on and choose the right fit. In the end, I had to cancel the other sizes just so the order could be processed and shipped at all. This completely defeated the original purpose of my order.
The customer service was especially disappointing. I explained my situation several times and asked specific questions, but I mostly received replies that felt like automated standard responses and often did not really match my messages. My specific concerns and proposed solutions were repeatedly ignored.
This process repeated itself multiple times, and in the end, despite ordering early, I did not have suitable shoes for my wedding.
Delays can happen. But when they do, I expect a company to take responsibility and respond in a solution-oriented way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Shoes are perfect thankyou! Massive issue with parcelforce/Royal Mail delivering along with 4 other people in the depot parcel force received the item within three days of ordering and decided they’d just leave it there and not attempt to deliver no fault of this company’s just recommended getting delivered with another courier if possible

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
NEVER RECEIVED & SELLER REFUSES TO REFUND! On Feb 22, 2026 I placed an order for two pairs of pants that were not available from a U.S. vendor. Tracking indicates they shipped from Spain on March 3 or 4 and cleared customs in Queens, NY on March 7th. After that the shipment disappears from radar, and I never received it. I contacted the seller about this on 4/21 and have been going back and forth with them ever since. I feel like they are giving me the runaround. At one point they had me print-sign-scan and email back a PDF form swearing non-receipt, but still no refund or replacement offered. I also on my own initiated lost parcel search with USPS since that's who the last tracking entry says it was transferred to but USPS could not find it in their system. BEWARE - shipping from this Spanish retailer to the US is unreliable and they will NOT MAKE GOOD on lost shipments.

There are hidden costs for non EU countries and UK. They will not inform you about this when placing the order. They appear to be cheaper then other but that is because of hidden costs. Shipping also took long time.

Since the customs duties are calculated according to the type/value of the goods and other factors unknown to us, we cannot include them in the final price. These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.
That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)
We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.
In addition to the purchase price and the transport costs, you will also find the VAT stated as 0 on your invoice.
