Best customer service experience and best products in the dab business

I was abs satisfied with not only the burn effect but the portability of the machine for transport was perfect. My fav was the pen that was perfect for me to use anywhere without being like, "hey 👋 smoking over here" 😂 love love love it all.

Your "Gradient Vinyl Wrap" is no more than a poor quality, $40 sticker. I'm bummed I wasted the money on it. I am so stoked on my Switch², but I hope now that DrD has a following, they dont start pulling some Puffco shit and start releasing a bunch of shite money grab products like this. Why not make a Silicone wrap instead, which you should of made the outside of the rig out of to begin with....

Purchasing process was streamlined, easy to understand and quick. Shipping was painless and fast. The product itself, Switch 2, is an engineering marvel when it comes to dab rigs. No more paying for atomizers. Their app for the Switch 2 is great. Recently Dr. Dabber took feedback on the app from social media and updated the app with new ans improved features that make using the Switch 2 easier and more fun.

Superior to other products i’ve purchased, including Peak. Considering the cost of top of the line dabbers, Switch 2 is worth it.
Much larger bowl, heats quick, long battery, and it rips. Plenty of room to drop a mix of extracts in bowl.

Love Dr. Dabber. I had an issue come up with my ghost 2 and when I reached out the customer service took care of it immediately. They stand by their products. Great company, great customer service and great products.

Simply awesome. What can I say about Dr.Dabber? They possess the best dabbing equipment bar none , not only in the United States as far as I’m concerned possibly the planet. And I do mean just that my friends ! Anytime that I’ve had an issue with device or accessory purchased through and or from Dr.Dabber has always been handled quickly and efficiently to replace so that I will not have to suffer, not having my preferred method of vaping . My only issue is to date that their one item that has eluded my purchase for the original switch the snowflake recycler in the glassworks accessories genre for the ridiculous $$$ of $199.95 . There are or at least used to be several times a year that That accessory would drop down to 30% off,and it’s pricing to $139.95 which for what the item is in fact that the old switch is vastly approaching the end of its usefulness with the alleged , and much improved new modern day, espresso, machine looking switch. I will continue to give great reviews for a great company. If they would please greatly reduce the price on the snowflake recycler with the coloration obviously included as I’ve seen some that are just plain clear glass in the other Dabber apps and platforms. The snow flake recycler engineering. However, I’m looking for the pretty colorful oranges and white neutral natural colors is the unit. I am looking for at the greatly reduced 30% reduced price of $139.95 . I just hope I don’t have to wait all the way to Christmas to get that deal again as last year it was put on sale just before the cyber Monday and Black Friday sales, but only ran until the end of Black Friday weekend if I recall correctly last year, it ran all the way until New Year’s, but I was financially in the bucket last year now I’m just waiting for it to go on sale ,and I’ll scoop her right up . If you should have a big blowout sale on all older and soon to be reduced or replaced with updated merchandise . Just such a sale on all the older stuff for all us old heads to help replace our worn out equipment at a decent price how’s that sound? Sounds great to me. Why don’t you help out week two week paycheck receiving individual that’s just trying to make a spot in his soon to be retired world . He /him his significant other a couple cats, peace, and quiet and his trusty Dr.Dabber dabbing equipment. Why won’t you help a brother out thanks for listening as always

Customer service is fantastic. The product Ghost2 is not good at all. Every other device in that category is better in my opinion. No matter how many times you calibrate the device you are never able to get a good hit out of it. Pivot and Aeris both blow this thing out of the water

I received help swiftly and the communication was clear. Shipped my replacement like the day after I filed a claim. A masterclass in customer service that retains your customer base.

Ghost messed up then they sent me the wrong chamber and now I’ve been waiting 2 months js to get it
