The nyjah whip was a huge 100% ripoff and when I asked to return it they said it had to be unopened and unused. That’s ridiculous and you guys are overcharging for over half your inventory. What a disappointment.

I originally got a ghost 2 and it just didn't produce the clouds I was expecting. After a miscommunication and a 2nd ghost 2 I received a credit towards a different model. I was kind of upset because I didn't want to spend 420 on a switch and they were out of stock on the boost evo, so I msged them about a discount code on a switch 2 and they sent me a 20% off. That paied with my 130$ credit made the purchase of the switch 2 reasonable. Im so glad I did. Its totally customizable, you hit time and temp can all be controlled in the app. I cant imagine my life with out my switch 2.. love it.

This is a company that will ACTUALLY take care of you when things go wrong. Absolutely blows every Puffco and Focus V product out of the water. I’m about 2000 dabs into my Switch 2 and it is the only way I dab now. Haven’t touched my sapphire e-nail in several months. Oh, and then Dr. Dabber randomly drops a MASSIVE update a couple weeks back? THREE new heat profiles: Hill, Valley, and CUSTOM. Absolutely game changer!!! They even include their hot knife for FREE while Puffco charges an ADDITIONAL $50 for.

The vinyl was not easy to apply and I settled on a wrinkled application after spending a decent amount of time trying to apply the vinyl without wrinkles. In theory it sounded cool but in reality I wish I hadn't spent $30 on it. Investing that towards a new glass top is the smarter move in hindsight.

Owning the Switch2 has been a game changer. I am converting from higher-end live resin 510 carts and there is no comparison. The unit’s quality is undeniable and the design is beautifully simple and easy to use. The app is high-end and easy to navigate. The recent update has even taken it up another notch!
