Disgraceful company.
Disgraceful company.
I made an error when paying for an item ($400) and didn't input a separate billing address. Payment rejected.
Fair enough. Re-entered my details correctly and payment accepted.
Except they did NOT reject the first payment. They HELD it.
Dr dabber refused to contact their merchant gateway to get the funds released.
They have now been holding my $400 for 10 days, and Dr Dabbers attitude has been "meh, you will get it back eventually, enjoy your switch 2"
Never going to buy from them again.

Thank you for the feedback. Our credit card merchant (as with most others), uses a 'Capture and Authorize' system, which essentially checks to ensure the funds are available, then puts a temporary hold on that amount until the billing address verification process is complete. If there are any issues with the billing address, the transaction will be declined, but the hold may not be lifted for 2-7 business days. This hold is entirely on your financial institution's end and we do not have access to these funds at any point.
Make sure that all billing details match exactly with the card issuer or banking institute associated with the debit/credit card to avoid declined transactions. You may want to contact your card issuer to confirm the billing address on file. If you are using a VPN, I recommend turning it off when checking out.

I'm pretty new to e rigs
I'm pretty new to e rigs. However I've been enjoying marijuana for decades. I bought a popular competitors e rig for a first time rosin experience. What a letdown! After fooling around with it for a couple weeks trying to dial it in so it felt more like a bong rip, I ran across a YouTube video with someone promoting the switch 2 and decided to give erigs one more try. It looked like an amazing product. But at $500 bucks, it's a gamble for sure.
Well, I bought it, watched a tutorial on how to set it up, and loaded it with a pea sized dab of Fat Cat and, WOW! I finally got the hit I was searching for. Thank you so much for creating this killer apparatus.

This is a great company with amazing products. Ive had my Switch 2 for about month and it has quickly become my main device. It has a bunch of customization options in the app and top tier flavor. Which is perfect for a terp chaser like me :) 10/10 recommend giving these guys a shot.
