Great company even better customer service!
Dr dabber has been top notch since day one. Between the awesome customer service when I had an issue to the great prices and super quick shipping during the recent 4/20 sale. Grabbed a tour bag while it was on dale and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected!

Not worth the “run around”
Ordered the 4/20 Switch2 and Ghost2 bundle and only received the Ghost2 (the cheaper product) and when I messaged their support they said they would reissue it over a week ago and I still haven’t even gotten the tracking label. They said they are trying to recover from 4/20 and will send it out asap. My order was part of that timeline and should have been prioritized to get out immediately as I paid for the expedited shipping and insurance,If I didn’t already open the Ghost2 I would have just canceled the order at this point. Not worth the hassle of their customer service for a $500 bundle to be treated coldly.

They said Friday but is is 5pm on the following Monday and I still haven’t gotten an email or a tracking number. Don’t let them lie to you.

I ordered 2 t-shirts when I received a text message from Dr Dabber saying they were available. Love the shirts, once I washed them they shrank a little bit but fit fine.
