Ordered over the weekend. Email receipt received with delivery info. Second email on Monday saying it had been shipped. Arrived Tuesday lunchtime. All parts correct as ordered. No issue with quality on inspection. So job ready to go at a good price.
So overall very happy, I guess most people will only review when something is not right! Will happily reorder from this company.... Very easy and cheaper than any merchants locally even with discounts.

Appalling products, 5 out of 7 drains arrived shattered. very poor quality I guess you get what you pay for, in this case not worth a penny.
Following returning the whole order took over two weeks via PayPal dispute to get money back. They were not willing to refund in full immediately and caused unnecessary hassle. Glad I paid by paypal otherwise I would have lost over £300.
Borderline scam company.

Ordered 7 drainage channels. 6 were nicely packed in one parcel and one was packed in a second parcel which was three times larger than needed and had no internal packing to keep the drainage channel in place. Consequently, one end of the drainage channel got damaged during delivery. Despite Drainage shop’s website stating how good they are when problems arise, they have totally ignored my various attempts to get a replacement. Whilst the item only cost £7.75, For me to re-purchase a single channel will cost £25.69 with P+P. I am preventing from finishing my drainage project because I need all 7 drainage channels and cannot use the damaged one. It seems better to discuss problem on phone than rely on emails. After a disscussion, the company were quick to replace the damaged item. Well done.

I was a little bit sceptical purchasing from this company after reading the reviews on here but the service was fantastic. Bought my items which were posted out the next day and delivered the day after. rang them to confirm the delivery time after purchase and the lady was very helpful. would defiantly shop here again

After wasting a lot of time chasing my order on the telephone, I asked to speak to a director….I asked 3 people to ask a director to contact me. I also sent a email to a director for the to contact me. They did not contact me. 62% OF THE REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR!!!!!!!

Best price around, quick delivery and despatch. Items as described. One inspection chamber base arrived damaged, phoned up customer services and replacement sent out next day. Wish they had a lower minimum order for free delivery.

Second time I have ordered online recently and wouldn’t go elsewhere now, price and customer service has been excellent. Ordered, email confirmation immediately arrived. followed order progress online and advised when shipped. Text from courier advising of delivery day - compared with other companies I have dealt with for the same products, drainagestore beat them hands down, one very happy customer 👍

I seen the reviews and wasn't to sure but the reviews seem to gett better as time went on so ordered on the Tuesday had a phone call on the Wednesday from office notifying me that drainage was being delivered on the Thursday and true to there word it was very good definitely use again and good quality products.

where to begin on how bad this company is, they advertise orders dispatched within 24 hour on 1000s of products, when I phoned to ask if item was in stock they said yes, 5 days later item STILL not dispatched. Called them again and they informed me the item has been dispatched however they can not give a tracking number but the item will be with me next day. Sit in all day waiting as they deliver between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Suprise, surprise item not arrived.

Placed my order then got worried when I saw all the negative reviews.
Well I needn't have worried order placed, brilliant price, got a delivery notice yesterday, and all delivered within a week !!! It has just arrived today with DPD, brilliantly packaged, excellent drainage package we bought, Nothing negative from us, 5 * All round, well done, thank you.

So I placed an order on a Thursday night, then waited for a confirmation email (which didnt arrive) I phoned up the next day to ask when I could expect my delivery (roughly) so I could plan the week ahead.
Unfortunately nobody answered any of my 11 calls at various times throughout the day so from my side everything was up in the air! In all fairness to them, my order arrived out of the blue the following Tuesday which under normal circumstances would be a great service…. It’s a shame really because they didn’t actually do anything wrong apart from not answering the phone but as a contractor we really do need communication, and if there isn’t any - it’s hard to take that gamble and order from them again. Shame really…!

I ordered two shipments within 24hours which unfortunately wasn't sent out due to incomplete order. I phoned up and had to cancel the order as the site needed it within 5working days. The lady on the phone was very helpful and apologised. I had a full refund no quibbles or fuss. I have no issues using this company again but i will allow more time for delivery.

Good and easy to use website. Great prices, good range of products All delivered on time. Can't ask more!

Extremely good value and high quality products, excellent website, nice and helpful customer service phone chat, and first class delivery and packaging next day after despatch to my door ... will be coming back soon to buy more for my home inprovement projects.

Wrong items sent out and missing items. They then said they would post the flowing day. Nothing came item wasn’t in stock. Poor communication.

Good experience with firm.
Delivery charge was reasonable compared to other companies.
Delivery arrived within 3 days of ordering and communication is OK.

Used their online form to query an item I had missed off an order. They never acknowledged its receipt and when I chased said it was never received. Wish I had read the previous reviews on this company before ordering. Never again!

Shocking. Website makes promises that it simply doesn't keep. All items in stock but order still shown as not processed. Website says to follow links if you wish to cancel your order - THERE ARE NO LINKS! Have screen shotted everything to take to Trading Standards. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I would NEVER have wasted my valuable time with this pathetic business.

Ordered 50 items Monday night and arrives complete on Thursday morning. Decent quality as well. Good saving, thank you.
