1st ever delivery
1st time ever ordering as always had Economy 7 radiators.It was a bit hit and miss as I was unsure how much the tank held.Lovely guy delivered who made things easy.I now know what to do next time and will be in touch in the new year.Happy Christmas to you all.

totally unprofessional this company had accident 5 months ago wagon slipped in snow and took out my fencing
iv messaged emailed phoned umpteen times sent photo got quotes etc and now having to seek legal advise
not a word from them they just ignore any correspondence
left me with broken fence and insecure property
just not interested in paying for damage although admit to having done it

not what they used to be
not what they used to be. I have used Dragon for many years and up until 18 months ago had great service but things have gone belly up. Delay after delay for delivery and I get the impression that the new people managing the phones do not care. Come on NWF sort this one out or the bigger suppliers will wipe you out.

First time used
This was the first time, i used Dragons .Recieved my oil a week after given date, had to make a few calls to see where it was. Driver very pleasent likes his job, recieved refund on oil not needed quickly.
