Delivered to a completely different street!

My package was delivered to a completely different street than mine! When I called customer service they were very polite, but we’re not able to do much about my missing package, other than to say, I should call the company and ask them to sort it out if it wasn’t delivered after 24 hours.

I was lucky enough to be able to figure out the address. It had gone to on the wrong street and was able to retrieve my package myself before it was stolen. Frankly, if the driver can’t tell the difference between two streets with completely different names, maybe he should take another driving test because he’s obviously blind!

Omg people of the world.This company is…

Omg people of the world.This company is the lowest form of costumer service and commitment to serve the public. This is just short of criminal. Amazon is using this company as a cost savings but keep on Amazon they are already swamped with complaints. Dragonfly is about to ruin your day.

Dragonfly is a Vagrant Darter

Recent experience with Dragonfly ( formerly Intelicom) delivery. Giving them a 1 is generous as I would really like to rate them minus 10.
The word Dragonfly denotes a “Vagrant darter” capable of highly accurate aerial ambush! I guess that is why your incompetent delivery person felt the need to hurl my package over the fence from the back lane, so it wouldn’t be found till spring when the snow thaws? And then have the gawk to tell the sender it was delivered to the front or side door? You and your company are irresponsible. If you don’t want to work then quit, so someone who really does want to work gets your job! Pathetic.

-1000 if I could. Terrible service. Two expensive packages never got to me. They made up some excuse as to why they couldn’t deliver but they weren’t even in the right town. Stop. Using. This. Delivery. Place!! Horrible!!!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They just sent do me pictures of a wooden bench with my packages on it. The problem is any of my neighbors neither I have a wooden bench. I had to wait 48h to open a complaint with Amazon

They don't care where they deliver to!

Had a delivery to the wrong address (30 feet away from me) they did not make an effort to deliver it. Phoned in and was told they would deliver that night by 10pm.They did not. Called in the am and was told it would be Saturday (3 days late) I told them I needed it today and would not be at my shop on Saturday. They didn't care and would not deliver it until the next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor they said I could not. Terrible service!!

Frustrating customer service

First several packages I had delivered by Dragonfly went really well. Last couple deliveries have been frustrating. Package tracking shows the package 4 hrs. drive away and not moving for a week. There is no way to contact customer support as their website just goes around in circles.

Delivery person didn't follow instructions

I had an expensive package arriving, and requested under special instructions area, for driver go into back yard and leave by back door. Also informed there was no dog to worry about. Driver left package in full view on front step. So leaving instructions didn't work.

Dragonfly is a terrible courier…

Dragonfly is a terrible courier service. It has happened a couple of times now that if they don't feel like coming they say they couldn't access the property and make you reschedule leaving you to have to be home another day that you didn't plan for.

Worst courier company; delivery guy would rather fight than use empathy.

Worst courier in the business. They continually show a lack of empathy for the home owner/recipient of the parcel. I have observed them leaving parcels upon an elevated porch, in a neighborhood full of porch-pirates. they illegally park, they fail to use the parcel box built custom for them (which is obvious with signage), they don't even use a mailbox (when it fits 25 of the parcels they just left on steps), they knock quietly & then run back to truck and trace off because they know I'll call them on thier BS. When I asked the guy recently why he didn't want to use a mailbox, he puffed up his chest, approached my personal space, gave the fight posture, started swearing with about 6 F-words, and threatened me. shite company with clearly poor leadership and no desire for profesisonalism.

Dragonfly sucks

Dragonfly sucks! There's your headline. They refused to deliver a package because my driveway wasn't completely cleared of snow. I left instructions to message me if it's too deep. I watched him pass by several times and take off. No message. No reply. All other deliver services walk it in. They ended up adding five days to the delivery date. New order, supposed to be delivered today March 2nd. I paid for the rapid delivery. Dragonfly tells me it will be delivered March 4th. Who knows. They are so unreliable. How can I get a different service for last mile delivery? These guys suck!

In the course of 1 week I had to…

In the course of 1 week I had to reschedule a return 3 times. Finally I had to cancel and use Canada Post to process the return. They may be efficient at delivery, but they suck at return pickup! Don't waste your time -- use Canada Post or Purolator.

I ordered a cover for my atv from Amazon Canada they delivered it to the wrong address I put in a capliant they said they would straighten it out and deliver my package they did not there driver phoned me at my home saying I should go get the package myself what great service what an idiot after I payed to have it delivered to my home

They don't even try to deliver. Make excuses

They don't even try to deliver. They take fake photos for their records to show they tried (the agent told me when I called). They make excuses saying the address was wrong, etc etc. Today, immediately after I left instructions, I got an email saying my "business" was closed.

Why even have Amazon Prime when Dragonfly won't deliver it? On the plus side, I support local business now because I don't bother ordering anymore.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

On the first day, I waited 45 minutes on hold before speaking with a representative, and we successfully completed an address change during that call.

The next day, I waited another 45 minutes on hold to confirm the update after seeing the package was out for delivery.

I spoke with Patrick, verified my name and address, and was then told the address was incorrect because the previous agent had made a spelling error when updating it.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, Patrick ended the call, leaving me with no clarity on where my package will end up.

Very frustrating experience.

So sick of Dragonfly Intelcom

So sick of Dragonfly Intelcom. Yet another package has gone missing, I called them on Tuesday, they were opening a case, will call me within 48 hours, its Sunday, no call, no email and no package. Delivery status "delivery date currently unavailable' If i see dragonfly as a courier, you can KNOW your parcel will be late, delivered to the wrong address or not delivered.

The tracking nr i have now, the one THEY send me, does not even exist on their system. Wtaf?!

Amazon.ca needs to drop these clowns. They're an embarrassment to their business and to top it off, their customer service people are completely incompetent thus making it impossible to resolve any problems professionally.

I'm guessing I won't be getting this package either, so god only knows how long I'll have to wait for it to be refunded. Last time they pissed away an entire month pretending they were trying to deliver.

Any other Amazon carrier is fine. I wish they would tell you which carrier each particular store was using before ordering, so I could simply refuse to give my money to anyone who uses dragonfly.

terrible communication!

I've had the same address for awhile. And i've ordered items from the same site that uses Dragonfly for a delivery company, so they know where I live.
Recently I placed an order and it came in on time, but the driver apparently went to the address, and it was on the other side of the city. So whatever, but when I tried to get them to deliver the package the next day or two they said the driver might have lost my package or that it was in the warehouse, which you can't arrange a pick up time if you wanted to. They've know about this for 3 weeks!! And I've been given different answers by different people. terrible communication, very upset with how they've handled this situation.

I have a large bright yellow bin…

I have a large bright yellow bin clearly marked for Amazon deliveries however the drivers are continually
walking around the bin and throwing my parcels in the snow. I don’t think they are able to read English.

Could improve customer service

I was confused about my package due to a glitch in the app that is supposed to notify me about its arrival. I contacted customer service and I’ve never had someone make me feel so stupid? She even cut me off quite a few times throughout. When she wasn’t speaking to me in a condescending tone, she spoke like I was wasting her time. I ended up contacting the business I bought my package from to figure out what’s going on because she really did not seem like she wanted to help me. Not surprised to come on here and see the low rating because what was that?..
