still waiting

my package has failed to be delivered for over a week. it goes on the truck every day and the driver takes it back to the depot every night. I am a business and I'm being told that they cannot tell the driver to deliver during business hours. How is it possible that you cannot specify that business deliveries have to happen during business hours? I will be letting the supplier know to NEVER use this shipping agent again.

Literally never had a good experience…

Literally never had a good experience with them i dont know why amazon decides to keep the as partners they held my package in a warehouse for 2 days extra after i payed for next day shipping and told me its because they were optimizing drivers routes which doesn’t make sense since its their job to give me what i payed for in the promised time regardless of where i live

still waiting for package

They never deliver on time, the send updates saying they attempting delivery, but yet nothing on our cameras or a bogus time of 12:15 am, customer service is dismissive & rude.Packages left in the rain, damaged & left in full view. Amazing Amazon gives them this huge contract & they dont care either. Still waiting for a package after 4 days past delivery date.

No contact and no attempt to deliver

Did not try to buz our apartment or call my cell. Just left a sticky on the door with no details and got an email saying unable to contact. My nabor saw the guy walk up, stick a piece of paper on the door then leave.Called to ask if they could turn around but unable to help. PLEASE Amazon why do you use them?

this might be the end of amazon

this might be the end of amazon, they've been using dragonfly and my packages half the time go missing because the delivery guys refuse to bring my package to my home, and leave it somewhere unattended. I might lowkey stop using amazon because of them.

I waited 10 hours for a package of…

I waited 10 hours for a package of avian medication to be delivered today,and at 5pm,I got a call by driver Meziane,and I live in a apartment building so I had to tell him how to use a buzzer,2 minutes later he buzzed me,and there's instructions to bring packages up to my apartment door and to not leave them unattended, cuz they'll get stolen,so I buzzed him in,and waited 10 minutes and no one came up,and I can't walk cuz of a spinal cord injury,so I had to grab my walker and rush downstairs to the lobby in case he left it there,but it didn't make sense cuz I buzzed him in, surely enough there was absolutely nothing in the lobby,and I live in a downtown area where there is a lot of crime,that's why they have those specific instructions to follow which he didn't. I called Intelcom/Dragonfly to report the driver and they didn't want his name,this is the 5th time in 2 months the exact thing has happened.Its been 45 minutes since I rushed down to the lobby and I'm still shaking and out of breath,they can change their name as much as they want but it's still the same company,and I keep telling Amazon to not pass my packages to them but they still do and Amazon said they're taking action against Intelcom/Dragonfly cuz too many people are having the same problem,they need to fire these drivers that are involved in all these deliveries and hire new ones that are responsible and happy to have job,PERIOD

Over a week

Over a week, and still no Amazon delivery. I understand that we had a winter storm a week ago, but the roads were cleared same day. They keep putting that it is out for delivery, but it doesn’t come. They are an absolute joke. I thought Canada Post was bad, but they make them look good. I have never dealt with a worse service. I called them yesterday after escalating it with Amazon, they promised me that it would be delivered. Yet another day and it’s still not here, or even out for delivery. Amazon needs to stop using them and secure a new service. Northern Ontario

If I could give a lower score i would...I have been an amazon prime member for 5 years and since they have started handing over deliveries to dragonfly it is a disaster...this company is woeful I am yet to have a parcel delivered on time and more accurately 3 days later stating they are coming each day up til 9pm and email 5 min to 9pm saying running late...amazon needs to stop using this company to deliver as they are terrible...and they need to disclose that they will be using them so I can not make the purchase as I would rather go with someone else if they are using this company to deliver...

If it were up to me

If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give them one star. This is a shipping company that should be eliminated and nobody should use it. The delivery time they give is very long, communication is zero, they have no branches, only hand delivery is a complete nightmare.

I would rate it a 0

One of my package was returned as it was damaged in transit, they had 3 packages with same tracking number and I could not identify which package it was. I had a similar bad experience in Dec when I could not change delivery of package and it was sent back to sender after they claimed they tried to deliver multiple times which was a complete lie, I dont' know why companies would ever use this service

Absolutely Pitiful...this is happening…

Absolutely Pitiful...this is happening way too often...today is March 16th...ordered a light set for my quad on the 13th and now my package says it in corner brook Newfoundland and im only 80kms away and due to external factors it might not make it here by the 23rd???🤣🤣🤣....PLEASE, the weather is calling for a beautiful day today and no bad weatherin sight...I could walk to corner brook and back in a week....Absolutely Pitiful. I have over 65,000 followers that reads my reviews and I hope every one of them reads this

Literally cannot deliver on time to…

Literally cannot deliver on time to save their life. Every single time it gets to my city on time yet is "being prepared for delivery" forever. Also have had them deliver to the wrong address and take a picture of the wrong address to send to me. I dont understand how they still have the Amazon contract.
