I expected better for cost…no customer service

I purchased one of their diffusers around 6-7 months ago .. if im honest for over £300 I expected way way more as it has literally no scent.. i have a cheaper machine in the kitchen which I way better.. ive sent 2 mails asking for advice as ive used about a 5th of a bottle in 6 months so something definitely wrong . Its on full for 12 hours a day .. id personally save your money and buy cheaper .. both mails been ignored
