Twice now my parcel delivered to the…

Twice now my parcel delivered to the wrong address They sent a picture the first time of the parcel what that meant I do not know and the second of a street door. Having told them that I am always in and live in block of flats They obviously took no notice. WASTE OF TIME

significant concerns

significant concerns regarding recent experiences with DPD delivery service. Unfortunately, my interactions suggest that the company may prioritize delivery speed over genuine customer satisfaction.

My observations indicate that drivers are operating under strict time constraints, with a reported three-minute limit to locate an address. If an address cannot be found within this timeframe, drivers are instructed to photograph the location and proceed to the next delivery. While customers can provide delivery instructions via messaging, these appear to be consistently unreceived by the drivers.

Furthermore, the provided tracking application has proven to be ineffective, and I have found customer service to be largely unresponsive and unhelpful. The consistent lack of resolution and support has placed customer service at the bottom of their operational priorities.

Really wish I could give a minus

Really wish I could give a minus
I actively boycott this company as in the 6 years I have lived here they have never once managed to deliver or pick up a single item. Unfortunately I ordered and they were the delivery service (I ordered a back up thankfully) it's a perishable item.
Today we at least made it to the flats, toon a picture of the bin store ignored the 3 of the 4 entrances that were propped open due to work going on in the block and left.
I spoke to customer service as per usual couldn't reach the driver, but hey I will get a call back by 6.30pm (the reason for this time becomes obvious at 6.30pm).
No call apparently they are going to deliver my parcel tomorrow (a, theybwonr they can find a bloody great big block of flats, b, it's perishable meaning I won't be able to use it) back to actively boycotting a logistics company incapable of delivering

Late delivery whan I had paid for…

Late delivery whan I had paid for fasttrack. 1.5 days for next day - which meant my workmen had now left and I have to pay more for another visit...no comms to tell me they were going to be late - i had to chase - terrible service

Lost my delivery

Lost my delivery. It’s said delivered but the delivery proof is nowhere I can recognise (the door on the picture is not mine). DPD refuses to take accountability saying it is delivered. So essentially their driver can deliver your packages anywhere as long as it’s marked delivered they won’t take responsibility. Fortunately the service provider gave me a refund but I’ll make sure to avoid DPD moving forward.

Undelivered and untrue excuses given!

Meant to have had a delivery today, DPD app says delivery attempted at 18:01 today. This is a lie, no delivery driver visited our property today around this time; this is a fact since CCTV and Ring Doorbell show no deliveries at this or around this time. Questionable if this is fraud!!! Additionally, our registered wishes on DPD app states a safe place to leave parcel, if we are not in!!!!!!

SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS!! EVEN WITH CORRECT INFO!!

I treated myself for my birthday to something I’ve always wanted - which wasn’t cheap either!! I inputted the correct address and all! It took a while to come & when it did - it’s delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS! The photo of somewhere random & someone’s random feet! From the tracking it says it was dropped off in a complete different area with a complete different postcode! I double checked the info & all the address I saved & added was correct!!! I can’t see how this mistake would happen if it’s the complete wrong postcode - now they’ve just stolen my item!! Do something about it DPD!!!

One star is far too generous for this…

One star is far too generous for this company.
Waiting to have a parcel picked up and twice now they have said they left because ‘the parcel wasn’t ready’.
This is a total lie as on both occasions they didn’t even bother to knock on the door!
Worse even than Evri, and I thought they were bad!

Wow shocking company and the people…

Wow shocking company and the people they employ should be ashamed of themselves one of there driver stopped outside my house did not even get out of his vehicle then marked it has delivered and sign it hisself i then chased him and find him a mile down the road and showed him he did not even get out of his van but marked it as delivered he did not release it was all on cctv but he be-tended he could not understand me and just kept saying what the name what I told him 20 plus times I have sent a complaint to dpd waiting to here back now it all on CCTV him driving off and not even getting out of his van and me confronting him so where my parcel dpd your driver nicked it tracking number is 3768930045

Shocking Service

Shocking Service: DPD provided a very disappointing and frustrating service. I was expecting an urgent next-day delivery, and the sender had correctly addressed the parcel. I waited in during the allocated one-hour delivery window so I could sign for it, only for the driver to deliver to the wrong address after apparently relying solely on the postcode rather than reading the full address. I received a photo of a property 800 yards away, followed by a “sorry we missed you” notification.

I contacted the depot and arranged for redelivery the next day, making it very clear that the driver needed to check the full address. Unfortunately, exactly the same thing happened again.

By this stage the parcel was already two days late. I called the depot several times throughout the day and was repeatedly promised call-backs which never happened of course.

On day three, I contacted the Exeter depot again and was told the parcel was being held there, that I couldn't collect it, and that they would not attempt delivery again because they had already tried twice. I explained that both failed delivery attempts were due entirely to driver error.

I have now spoken with EE to make them aware of the issue and suggested they review their courier arrangements. EE have since reissued strict delivery instructions and requested that the drivers read the address properly before attempting delivery.

The Exeter depot staff were helpful during the first two days, but the service and attitude on the third day was dreadful.

Dishonest organisation

Waited in all morning for a delivery and at midday I checked for an update. Apparently I have requested that the delivery be changed to tomorrow 😡 I never did!!! DPD is clearly a dishonest organisation that is not even worth the one star rating. Shocking, absolutely shocking. Not my choice of courier and never will be.

Nightmare

Nightmare, almost every time I'm dealing with DPD it's a disaster. This time I made an order that was sent to me in 4 separate boxes with one tracking number provided to me.

The local DPD driver delivered only 2 parcels out of 4. I tried speaking to him but he just literally ran away. Now everywhere I ask DPD tells me it's marked as complete.

Unbelievable.

So bad it's almost funny

Packaged got delivered, in a terrible condition. I asked for it to be sent back. That was... on march 20th. Today is may 12th. Since then it's only been pick up guys not showing up, or showing up unannounced, not notifying me they're here, then driving off. Honestly, if there wasn't that much money involved in the damaged good it would be funny. Unfortunately, it is not.
